MINION KEVIN McCARTHY, a purported "lawyer in two states *the state of confusion and the state of sin) and the self-appointed POPE OF THE CHURCH IN AMERICA, has apparently been very busy confessing his numerous sins in at least one-half of the dioceses in the United States.

Recently, Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT,  a permanently professed sister of the Roman Catholic Church, has issued Subpoenaes Duces Tecum to a number of Dioceses where McCARTHY and LANGSENKAMP carried out their various fraud schemes as they attempted to hijack the Devotion to Our Lady of America(c).


In respons, the McCARTHY/LANGSENKAMP DEFENSE TEAM, led by Michael "Not so" Swift and Miller Ice attorney Mike "Big" Lebowski, have sent letters to various clergymen and Catholic Dioceses asserting McCARTHY'S imaginary "clergy privilege."


McCARTHY, in his usual and customary delusional state, has even asserted his imaginary "clergy privilege to the Poor Clare Nuns at the Our Lady of the Angels Monastery located in Hanceville, Alabama, to include the former Sister Mary Catherine Breaux, a participant in the McCARTHY/LANGSENKAMP ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.


SINCE McCARTHY HAS INCLUDED CATHOLIC SISTERS AND ACTHOLIC CLERGYMEN WHO HAVE PROFESSED TO HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY MET OR HAD DIRECT CONTACT WITH McCARTHY, ONE CAN ONLUY CONCLUDE THAT McCARTHY IS ASSERTING HIS IMAGINARY "CLERGY PRIVILEGE" ON ACCOUNT OF HIS IMAGINARY APPOINTMENT TO THE POSITION OF "POPE OF THE CHURCH IN AMERICA."

WHO PRESSURED MONSIGNOR LOPEZ-GALLO TO LIE?

As previously noted at thus blog, CORRUPT CANON LAWYER ALAN R. KERSHAW, brought into the ongoing CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE AND CONSPIRACY BY LANGSENKRAMP & McCARTHY, swindled the sum of $30,000.00 from Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, and laundered that money through the Vatican Bank account of Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo.

If you have reviewed the documents found at the above-cited prior post, you will note that CORRUPT CANON LAWYER ALAN R. KERSHAW has instructed Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, to "wire" the SWINDLED $30,000 TO THE VATICAN BANK ACCOUNT OF MONSIGNOR PEDRO LOPEZ-GALLO, WHOM KERSHAW DESCRIBES AS HIS "MENTOR."


A little bit of investigation by one of the volunteers at the Our Lady of America Center quickly determined that Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo was then living and working in the Catholic Diocese of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  The volunteer placed a telephone call to Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo who confirmed that:1) he had a personal bank account at the Vatican Bank; 2) he does not know CORRUPT CANON LAWYER ALAN KERSHAW; 3) he was not, nor had he been, KERSHAW'S "MENTOR;" 4) he did not authorize KERSHAW, or any other person, to receive funds through his personal Vatican Bank account; 5) Monsignor Lopez-Gallo had not been to the Vatican for more than 35 years,.


After Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, a permanently professed sister of the Roman Catholic Church disclosed these facts in her pleadings in the present litigation, Michael "Not so" Swift, one of the attorneys defending the criminal conduct of "Sir" Albert Langsenkramp, Kevin B. McCarthy, and Larry Young, came up with an unsworn statement from Lopez-Gallo, in which Monsignor Lopez-Gallo now claimed that he and KERSHAW were old buddies, that he gave KERSHAW the authority to launder the $30,000 through his Vatican Bank Account, and that the volunteer just "made up" the content of the prior phone conversation with Lopez-Gallo.

There are really two separate and distinct issues presented by the about-face of Monsignor Lopez-Gallo: 1) Money laundering is money laundering, even if Lopez-Gallo aided and abetted the criminal conduct.  The only reason that KERSHAW laundered the swindled $30,000 though the Vatican Bank was to avoid payment of income taxes to Italy and to the United States.


The other issue is: who got to Lopez-Gallo to get him to lie and to furnish a false and fraudulent statement?  As soon as the words "FALSE AND FRAUDULENT" appear, one is inclined to think immediately of "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP, A KNIGHT OF THE DINNER TABLE, and
KEVIN B. McCARTHY, a purported "lawyer" in two states (the state of confusion and the state of sin) as well as the SELF-APPOINTED "POPE" OF THE CHURCH IN AMERICA.


Also, CORRUPT CANON LAWYER ALAN KERSHAW, WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN A NUMBER OF FRAUDULENT SCHEMES CENTERING AROUND THE VATICAN AND THE VATICAN BANK, could also have applied pressure on Lopez-Gallo through his Vatican connections.


Then, too, one cannot overlook attorney Michael "Not so" Swift, who "interviewed" and prepared Lopez-Gallo's unsworn fraudulent statement to be used as "evidence" in the pending litigation.  Is it possible that "Not so" Swift put that fraudulent statement in motion, since his actions are well controlled by LANGSENKRAMP & McCARTHY?


In one recent conversation, Michael "Not so" Swift made the claim that LANGSENKRAMP & McCARTHY are "men of God," and they believe that they are "doing God's work" !!!

A letter from Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, to Rudy Giulliani attempting to verify McCARTHY'S claim brought this reply, "Call the police and report this impostor immediately!"


Now, in attempting to cement his claim as America's premier crime fighter, MCCARTHY also claimed that he worked as a prosecutor in Youngstown, Ohio and that organized crime figures there tried to assassinate him by shooting at him!


In an attempt to confirm the veracity of McCARTHY'S claim in that regard, Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, a permanently professed religious sister of the Roman Catholic Church, sent a letter to the Office of the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, located at Cleveland, Ohio since Youngstown is located in the Northern District of Ohio.

In reply, Mr. William J. Edwards, First Assistant to the United States Attorney sent a response to Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, asserting that KEVIN B. McCARTHY, although a purported lawyer in two states (the state of confusion and the state of sin), HAD NEVER BEEN EMPLOYED AS A FEDERAL PROSECUTOR AT YOUNGSTOWN OHIO, OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO.


IT'S BEEN QUITE A CHALLENGE FOR SISTER MARY JOSEPH THERESE, CIT, TO VERIFY ALL OF McCARTHY'S CLAIMS.
