WHAT A HOOT! "SUPREME PASTURE" KEVIN B. McCARTHY, A PURPORTED LAWYER IN TWO STATES (the state of sin and the state of confusion), in attempting to deny proper service of a subpoena issued by the U.S. District Court on behalf of Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, has asserted his "CLERGY PRIVILEGE."
McCARTHY wants to deny Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, access to correspondence between "SUPREME PASTURE" KEVIN B. McCARTHY and Bishop David L. Ricken, such documents being held by the Catholic Dioceses of Cheyenne, WY and Green Bay, WI.
Sister Mary Joseph Therese believes that those records will prove, among other things, that KEVIN B. McCARTHY drafted and composed letters and decrees, later signed by Bishop Ricken and others in the Roman Catholic Church.
That belief is a relative certainty!
McCARTHY, in attempting to avoid having that damning evidence turned over to Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, has asserted the "Clergy Privilege."
Firstly, as the readers should know, McCARTHY, THE PURPORTED LAWYER IN TWO STATES (the state of sin and the state of confusion), despite his claims to Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, that he has "one of the most brilliant legal minds in all of the world," obviously does not know that there is NO SUCH PRIVILEGE IN LAW AS THE "CLERGY PRIVILEGE."
McCARTHY MUST HAVE MISSED THAT LITTLE BIT OF LAW IN LAW SCHOOL WHEN HE MISSED CLASS WHILE BRIBING A CLERGYMAN OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
Nevertheless, the law does recognize the "priest-penitent" privilege, which, as most Catholics (except McCARTHY) understand applies to admissions made to clergy within the confines of the confessional, and during the Sacrament of Penance.
So, one can reasonable conclude that the letters from McCARTHY to Bishop Ricken, although neither written or postmarked within the confessional, OBVIOUSLY CONTAIN CONFESSIONS OF WRONGDOING BY McCARTHY, MADE TO BISHOP RICKEN, ALTHOUGH NOT UNDER THE SEAL OF CONFESSION!
Further, as McCARTHY fails to understand, the priest-penitent privilege can be asserted only by the clergyman, not the penitent.
Setting aside that McCARTHY HAS NEVER BEEN PENITENT FOR ALL OF HIS MISDEEDS AND ALL OF HIS UNLAWFUL CONDUCT, McCARTHY CANNOT LEGALLY ASSERT ANY SUCH PRIVILEGE.
ALTHOUGH, PERHAPS McCARTHY, IN HIS ROLE AS THE FUTURE "SUPREME PASTOR" ("PASTURE") OF THE CHURCH IN AMERICA, IS ASSERTING THE NON-EXISTENT "CLERGY PRIVILEGE" BECAUSE HE HEARD THE CONFESSION OF BISHOP RICKEN!
NOT LIKELY, HOWEVER!
WHAT CAN BE REASONABLY CONCLUDED IS THAT McCARTHY, A CERTIFIABLE FIRST-CLASS NUT JOB, DOES NOT WANT EVIDENCE OF HIS UNLAWFUL CONDUCT TO BE EXPOSED TO THE LIGHT OF DAY!
Oh, Mary, conceived without sin, deliver us from liars, thieves, and scammers like LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY!
