CON MEN LANGSENKRAMP, McCARTHY, and LARRY YOUNG (most noted for floating among the treetops) are all represented by no fewer that five (lawyers), four from the Miller Ice Law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, and one former Miller Icer.
The Miller Ice defense team is led by Big Mike Lebowski. Michael "Not so" Swift, a former Miller Icer, now rents office space at another Indy law firm.
As the clock ticks, and the trial date approaches, the defense team for CON MEN LANGSENKRAMP & McCARTHY are quickly coming to the realization that the evidence convicting their clients is simply overwhelming.
The CON MEN DEFENSE TEAM cannot overcome the overwhelming evidence of the guilt of LANGSENKRAMP & McCARTHY, even with all of the fraudulent and counterfeit documents they are advancing as "proof" of their claims.
Evidence of the desperation of the CON MEN DEFENSE TEAM, can be seen in a recent email from the Big Lebowski to the attorney for Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, a permanently professed sister of the Roman Catholic Church.
In his email message, Big Lebowski wrote:
"Mr. McCarthy has done nothing wrong."That claim alone made by the Big Lebowski, lacking any good faith basis, demonstrates wishful thinking on the part of Lebowski rather than a realistic assessment of the facts before him.
Evidence at trial will prove the Big Lebowksi terribly wrong on that account. Some people just have to learn a lesson the hard way.
