KERSHAW has instructed Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, to "wire" the SWINDLED $30,000 TO THE VATICAN BANK ACCOUNT OF MONSIGNOR PEDRO LOPEZ-GALLO, WHOM KERSHAW DESCRIBES AS HIS "MENTOR."

A little bit of investigation by one of the volunteers at the Our Lady of America Center quickly determined that Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo was then living and working in the Catholic Diocese of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The volunteer placed a telephone call to Monsignor Pedro Lopez-Gallo who confirmed that:1) he had a personal bank account at the Vatican Bank; 2) he does not know CORRUPT CANON LAWYER ALAN KERSHAW; 3) he was not, nor had he been, KERSHAW'S "MENTOR;" 4) he did not authorize KERSHAW, or any other person, to receive funds through his personal Vatican Bank account; 5) Monsignor Lopez-Gallo had not been to the Vatican for more than 35 years,.

After Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, a permanently professed sister of the Roman Catholic Church disclosed these facts in her pleadings in the present litigation, Michael "Not so" Swift, one of the attorneys defending the criminal conduct of "Sir" Albert Langsenkramp, Kevin B. McCarthy, and Larry Young, came up with an unsworn statement from Lopez-Gallo, in which Monsignor Lopez-Gallo now claimed that he and KERSHAW were old buddies, that he gave KERSHAW the authority to launder the $30,000 through his Vatican Bank Account, and that the volunteer just "made up" the content of the prior phone conversation with Lopez-Gallo.

There are really two separate and distinct issues presented by the about-face of Monsignor Lopez-Gallo: 1) Money laundering is money laundering, even if Lopez-Gallo aided and abetted the criminal conduct. The only reason that KERSHAW laundered the swindled $30,000 though the Vatican Bank was to avoid payment of income taxes to Italy and to the United States.

McCARTHY wants to deny Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, access to correspondence between "SUPREME PASTURE" KEVIN B. McCARTHY and Bishop David L. Ricken, such documents being held by the Catholic Dioceses of Cheyenne, WY and Green Bay, WI.

Sister Mary Joseph Therese believes that those records will prove, among other things, that KEVIN B. McCARTHY drafted and composed letters and decrees, later signed by Bishop Ricken and others in the Roman Catholic Church.

That belief is a relative certainty!

McCARTHY, in attempting to avoid having that damning evidence turned over to Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, has asserted the "Clergy Privilege."

"SUPREME PASTURE" McCARTHY, in what he thought to be a stroke of sheer genius (MUCH LIKE MOST OF HIS OTHER MORONIC IDEAS), filed a motion with the Court to bring along three unspecified clergymen from some unspecified entity of the Catholic Church.

This blog has uncovered some interesting information concerning thief and con man KEVIN B. McCARTHY, a purported lawyer in two states ( the state of sin and the state of confusion).

McCARTHY, who seems to have "earned" his living in recent years by hustling and scamming people for money, including Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, doesn't seem to have any creditable work experience in his life, at all.

McCARTHY, the wannabe "SUPREME PASTOR" ("SUPREME PASTURE"?) of the Catholic Church in the United States, was once politically appointed to the position of U.S. Trustee for Southern Illinois and the State of Indiana, a position for which he was obviously unfit.

This fact belies McCARTHY'S claim that as a Federal Prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York, that he personally "took down" five Organized Crime Families in New York City, and that gangsters in Youngstown, Ohio attempted to assassinate him while working as a Federal Prosecutor there.

Rudy Giuliani, the individual actually responsible for the prosecutions of members of Organized Crime families in New York, never heard of McCARTHY; and the Office of the United States Attorney has confirmed the McCARTHY never worked as a Federal Prosecutor at Youngstown, Ohio.

IN FACT, THE ONLY THING THAT McCARTHY IS CAPABLE OF "TAKING DOWN" IS HIS TROUSERS, AND THEN ONLY WITH ASSISTANCE!

A number of individuals have reported that McCARTHY has claimed that His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI, has personally invited McCARTHY to form a new worldwide deaconate, responsible to only the Pope, and in that capacity McCarthy would have authority over all the Bishops and the Cardinals in the Catholic Church.

The blogger wonders just what McCARTHY had been smoking when he made that claim to a number of persons, who have opined that McCARTHY must have been smoking "loco weed."

This McCARTHY claim is different from his claim that Pope Benedict XVI intends to elevate him to the position of Cardinal of the Church, in spite of the fact that he has never been ordained into the priesthood. McCARTHY must have been smoking some really potent "loco weed" when he made that claim.

What is truly interesting is that this blog has become aware of a letter from McCARTHY to an apparently wealthy individual in which McCARTHY attempts to HUSTLE this individual for money.

McCARTHY claims that he is barely surviving on monies paid to him in the amount $15,000.00 MONTHLY paid to him by the BVM Foundation. The cost of pizza and beer must have increased in Rome, Italy, WHERE McCARTHY KEEPS A RESIDENCE, IN ADDITION TO HIS RESIDENCES AT INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA AND PERDIDO KEY, ALABAMA!

Apparently, modern day "apostles" like McCARTHY need to "minister" to Christ's flock in the lap of luxury. The same can be said for PIRATE DAN LYNCH. PRAISE THE LORD AND PASS THE HAT, OR, ON SECOND THOUGHT, JUST PASS THE HAT, FORGET ABOUT PRAISING THE LORD!

Nevertheless, in his plea for money from this apparently wealthy individual, setting aside the fact that McCARTHY has received no less than $1.3 million form the BVM Foundation in the span of four short years (according to tax records filed by BVM), and undoubtedly more than the claimed amount, McCARTHY has made a number of false representations in an attempt to swindle the money, just as he & "Sir" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP swindled an estimated $750,000.00 from Sister Mary Joseph Therese, CIT, the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity, the Our Lady of the Nativity Convent, and the Our Lady of America Center.

I have attached these two photos from the 9/11/2010 procession of OUR LADY OF AMERICA through the streets of Manhattan. One of the photos depicts the drawing of Our Lady of America, created by Sister Mildred Neuzil, the visionary, and processed in Manhattan on 9/11/2010. The second photos depicts Our Lady of America flanked by two of the real heroes of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

Beginning with a prayer service adjacent to the United Nations building, esteemed members of the New York Fire Department (FDNY) and the Newark, NJ Fire Department (NFD) escorted OUR LADY OF AMERICA down Madison Avenue to St. Patrick's Cathedral. As She traveled down Madison Avenue, many observers and passers-by entered the procession and attended the prayer service at St. Patrick's. As the Blessed Mother assured Sister Mildred, Her Immaculate Heart will prevail in the end, and so it shall. By and through Her intercession, we will be protected from terror and the attacks of the Evil One and his minions, Albert Langsenkramp, Kevin McCarthy, and Dan Lynch.

LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY DILUTE AND ADULTERATE THE TRUE DEVOTION TO OUR LADY OF AMERICA

As the readers of this blog know by now, "Sir" Albert Langsenkramp and "Cardinal" Kevin McCarthy invaded the Devotion to Our Lady of America in late 2005 and promptly stole as much money and property (central to the Devotion to Our Lady of America) they they could possibly carry off.

Of particular importance is the fact that Langsenkramp & McCarthy, while infringing the copyright protections obtained by Sister Ephrem for her Book of Messages from the Blessed Mother, have DILUTED AND ADULTERATED THE MESSAGES FROM THE BLESSED MOTHER.

Langsenkramp and McCarthy have infringed the copyright protections awarded to Sister Ephrem, but only "partially." It's kind of like being "partially" pregnant. While the Blessed Mother gave messages to Sister Ephrem up to 1984 . However, Langsenkramp and McCarthy have unlawfully published a portion of the messages. They have published only those messages which pre-date the death of the late Archbishop Paul Liebold in 1972. This they have done to support another of their false claims that Archbishop Liebold granted his imprimatur to the publication of the messages. In fact, Archbishop Liebold never authorized the publication of the message and therefore, never granted the imprimatur to Sister Ephrem's Diary.

Archbishop Liebold did, however, grant his imprimatur to a prayer composed by Sister Ephrem and contained in her Diary.

A devotee to the true and proper devotion to Our Lady of America has sent the following from "Sir" Albert Langsenkramp and "Cardinal" McCarthy, who claims to be a lawyer in two states ( the state of confusion and the state of sin). Langsenkamp and McCarthy, who have stolen much from Sister Mary Ephrem and Sister Mary Joseph Therese, apparently want to develop evidence to support their thefts and copyright/trademark infringements. Langsenkramp & McCarthy have infringed the copyright protections of Sister Mary Ephrem's Diary, the copyright which Sister Ephrem was awarded by the U.S. Copyright Office in 1989.

Langsenkramp and McCarthy have no shame and the "letters and correspondence" to which Langsenkramp refers are, by and large, documents that he and McCarthy stole from Sister Mary Joseph Therese by fraud and deception.

Displayed here below is Langsenkramp's plea for evidence, which he hopes will defeat the copyright protections awarded to Sister Ephrem. Apparently Langsenkramps attempts to learn how to defeat Sister's copyright protections from OTHER CROOKS didn't work out satisfactorily.

Here, then, is Langsenkramp's thinly veiled attempt to develop evidence, now that the lawsuit ( filed by Langsenkramp, McCarthy, and BVM Foundations without any proof) is in full swing:

When my family first got involved with promoting this devotion to Our Lady of America it was already late 2005. This was nearly fifty years after the apparitions started and was 5 years after the death of Sr. Mary Ephrem in early 2000. While full of joy to know of this devotion and of the fact that our Blessed Mother chose my home state of Indiana as the location where she first appeared as Our Lady of America, there is lingering disappointment knowing that for at least 40 years I lived no more than a three hour drive from where Sr. Mary Ephrem lived; yet, I did not know of her existence and sublime story until years after her death. Thankfully, that will not be the case for some persons who may read this email; some have known her for many years. Either, through in-person encounters, or through the telephone, or perhaps by correspondence, some did know her when she was in one of the convents prior to 1982. Getting to know Sr. Ephrem has been a journey. First, through her messages and prayers. Subsequently, as part of promoting this devotion, I have had the privilege of reviewing correspondences between her and others, both inside and outside the Church hierarchy. As an example, just recently in the archives of the esteemed Boys Town of Nebraska a correspondence was found showing that the head of this organizationwas promoting the devotion with medals and prayers distributed to the children living there. Other stories have been relayed about a particular kindness, prayer, or advice given by Sr. Ephrem.If you have a story, correspondence or recollection about the visionary please share it with us. I would like to dismiss that lingering disappointment at never having met her. Certainly there are others that have the same sense. ARCHBISHOP BURKE BACKPEDALS ON "CANONICAL APPROVAL"

After a lengthy hiatus from posting to this blog, for reasons beyond this writer's control, the writer has found a brief snippet of time to comment. More will surely follow in subsequent days as time permits.

On this evening, the writer found the time and inclination to peruse the official website of the Bluechip Soccer Camp in Rome City, IN, found at oltiv.org.

Interetsingly, the writer found a post dated June 2009, found at http://www.oltiv.org/2009_06_01_archive.html , which describes Archbishop Raymond Burke as the "overseer of justice." Somewhat of a stretch, in this writer's view.

The post "reports" that Burke, when interviewed by a staffer from Inside the Vatican, claimed that he conducted a study of the apparitions of Our Blessed Mother to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil. This claim is provably false. In fact, this writer has personally spoken with the clergyman who did, in fact, study the matter and offer his report to Burke. So, Burke never personally studied this apparition at length.

Further, it is highly likely that Burke is not the original author of his infamous "canonical approval letter."

Nevertheless, Burke goes on to claim that, based upon "his" study, "he" has concluded that Archbishop Liebold knew and "approved" the apparitions. The Archdiocese of Cincinnati disputes Burke's findings.

The simple and basic fact is that Holy Mother Church has conducted no formal investigation of the apparitions and, until that occurs, there cannot be any full canonical approval of the devotion, contrary to the spurious claims of the charlatans who have attempted to hijack this devotion, all for the sake of money and profit.

While this writer firmly believes that the Blessed Mother gave Her messages to Sister Mildred, the writer is not content to accept the misrepresentation that the "devotion" has received full canonical approval, as has been claimed by Pirate Dan Lynch, Albert Langsenkramp, and Kevin McCarthy.

Claims of "full canonical approval" have been falsely made by those who expect to gain financially from such false representations.

THE MINIONS OBJECT TO PRESIDENT, FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Dear readers, as you have most certainly noticed, this writer has been less than diligent in posting daily to this blog, as was the original intent. However, with the arrival of Spring, there is much work to be done on the farm and not sufficient time within a day to complete it all. So, apologies are offered along with a simple request to be patient until all of the many tasks have been completed and matters are well in hand.

Now, to the substance of this post. A reader of this blog has sent along the following excerpt from the MINIONS' "newsletter," which, of course, really contains no "news" at all. However, you may be interested in reading the following diatribe from the MINIONS:

As you can see, SIR ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP continues to cast himself in the manner of an "apostle." Were it not so blasphemous, it would be funny and, as such, laughable.

This writer takes not of the fact that MINION MCCARTHY, who boasts of being a lawyer in two states, including the State of Confusion, claims to have been a graduate of Notre Dame. Given those circumstances, it would seem to be more appropriate for the MINIONS to object to the obviously failed admissions policy rather than the fact that the President of the United States has been scheduled to speak to the graduating class.

It would seem that the MINIONS have difficulty tolerating anything and anyone who does not agree with their "pragmatic" approach. That, of course, would seem to be consistent with the philosophy of Legatus, the organization of wealthy "catholic" Fat Cats to which SIR ALBERT belongs, which was founded and funded by pizza guru Tom Monaghan.

Perhaps MINION MCCARTHY should offer his skills and talents as a "director" and "secretary," learned at the Blessed Virgin Mary Foundation of Batesville, IN, to the University of Notre Dame. However, it is not likely that Notre Dame does not pay as handsomely as the Blessed Virgin Mary Foundation for little or no work. Then too, one would expect that such a prestigious institution of higher learning may may hold its officers and employees to some basic ethical standards which may very well pose a problem to MCCARTHY.

CELEBRATE THE VICTORY & REMEMBER THE SUFFERING!

Dear readers, as we dedicate this week to the memory of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of the Lord, we focus on the tremendous suffering of Jesus at His Passion. It is by His suffering and death that we come to celebrate His triumph over sin and death, and our salvation!

It would also seem more than appropriate to contemplate the extreme sufferings of the Blessed Mother during and after the Passion and Death of Jesus. She witnessed the cruel torture of her Divine Son and followed along on His death march to Calvary. She watched as the spikes were driven through His hands and feet, and She stood at the foot of the Cross as he hung there in agony, struggling for breath.

She suffered as His body was taken down from the Cross. What sheer agony She must have experienced as She cleaned His wounds and prepared His body for burial. And what agony she experienced as She watched the tomb being sealed, closing with finality that chapter of Her earthly life with Her Divine Son.

Then, contemplate the depths of the grief which She experienced after the tomb was sealed and returned to Her home, without her Son, only to revisit the torments of that day!

Truly, no human has ever suffered more than the Blessed Mother! Sadly, she continues to suffer to this very day all on account of the callous indifference to the love and sacrifice of Her Son, to whom she continues to beckon us.

How sad it is then that She continues to be victimized by LANGSENKAMP, MCCARTHY, AND THESE OTHER MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL who, driven by love and lust for money have hijacked and desecrated this devotion which is an intended means for Her to call even more wayward souls back to Her Son!

He and MCCARTHY later buttressed this disingenuous position by causing ARCHBISHOP BURKE to issue a letter to the Conference of Catholic Bishops, offered by BURKE in support of these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL and their money.

ANOTHER SNOW JOB FROM "SIR" ALBERT!

Quite recently, dear readers, one of the readers of this blog was kind enough to send along a serries of email exchanges with "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP from early 2007, when LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY were pretending to "volunteer" their "services" to Sister Joseph Therese and the Our Lady of America Center. At the time, and in a concerted effort to control Sister Joseph Therese, her activities, ad the activities of the Our Lady of America Center, LANGSENKRAMP had been receiving and replying to all email inquiries on behalf of Sister, using the email address of office@ourladyofamerica.com.

This was also prior to the time that LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY had unlawfully seized control of Sister's website.

The document displayed above is a copy of an email message which was sent by LANGSENKAMP to the current reader of this blog, trying to offer his version of a compelling snow job as to how and why this devotion to Our Blessed Mother, Our Lady of America, had received the full canonical approval of the Catholic Church which you as you now know, dear readers, IS UNTRUE AND A COMPLETE FABRICATION BY LANGSENKRAMP, OFFERED ONLY TO INCREASE INTEREST AND REVENUES TO THIS DEVOTION, WHICH HE AND MCCARTHY HAD BEEN INTENDING TO HIJACK ALL ALONG!

In the above-displayed document, this writer has added emphasis by underlining those portions of LANGSENKRAMP'S email message which are grossly in error and intended to deceive the addressee.

The reader will also note, in the message header, that the message was sent from SIGMA MICRO, one of LANGSENKAMP'S business interests, BESIDES HIS BUSINESS INTERESTS IN THIS DEVOTION TO OUR LADY OF AMERICA.

Please permit this writer to parse LANGSENKRAMP'S message and to point out its fatal flaws.

On page one of his message, taking into account LANGSENKRAMP'S ineffective and improper use of the English language, LANGSENKAMP cites an article by then-Cardinal Ratzinger, distinguishing between public and private revelation.

Underlined at the top of page two, LANGSENKRAMP asserts that, in order for private revelation to be spread, such revelation must have the support of the bishop of jurisdiction.

So far, so good!

NOW BEGINS THE SNOW JOB, MOTIVATED BY THE LOVE AND LUST FOR THE MONEY!

On page two, beginning at paragraph two and continuing on, LANGSENKRAMP begins to attempt to offer his invalid and disingenuous arguments as to why, according to him, this devotion to Our Lady of America has received canonical approval.

LANGSENKRAMP falsely claims that canonical approval of this devotion to Our Lady of America CAN BE INFERRED from certain actions undertaken by the late Archbishop Paul Liebold during his lifetime. According to "SIR" ALBERT, "This constitutes Church Approval."

LANGENSKRAMP falsely claims that Archbishop Liebold "commissioned the printing of the message." That claim is utterly and provably false. In fact, Archbishop Liebold personally instructed Sister Mildred to NOT print and publish the messages for general consumption, but rather he instructed her to restrict knowledge of the apparitions and the message to a very few pious individuals who would understand and appreciate the conent of the messages. In fact, only a very few Sisters living in the convent with Sister Mildred had any idea that she had been receiving apparitions of the Blessed Mother and had been receiving the messages.

The idea that canonical approval can be "inferred" is certainly untrue and cannot be found anywhere in Canon Law, the law of the Church. LANGSENKRAMP must have been relying on the "expert" legal opinion of KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, his partner in crime, who has regularly boasted that he is a "lawyer in two states," obviously including the State of Confusion!

In the next and following segment of this blog, the writer will present the official statement of the Diocese of Cincinnati so that you, dear readers, may be fully and accurately informed as to the TRUTH OF THESE MATTERS!

After offering his lame and unsupported basis for the alleged "full canonical approval" of the devotion to Our Lady of America by the "Church," LANGSENKRAMP goes on to claim that "many other Bishops of the United States" have publicly supported this devotion.

WHAT A GROSS EXAGGERATION! If you, dear readers, believe that the endorsement of this devotion by Archbishop Burke and Bishop Ricken (which was offered and given in exchange for money received from these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL) represents the endorsement of "many bishops of the United States," then perhaps you might be interested in investing in the Bluechip Soccer Camp at Rome City, Indiana.

After all, MCCARTHY has previously claimed that the Bluechip Soccer Camp will be "bigger than Fatima and bigger than Lourdes!"

However, this writer believes that an investment in Enron stock would be a wiser choice that an investment in the Bluechip Soccer Camp!

Toward the end of his message, LANGSENKRAMP wanted to make sure that his false claims were not made publicly available when he wrote, "Please do not publish this without our permission!"

Once again, "SIR" ALBERT & KEVIN MCCARTHY are just about one day late and one dollar short, since you, dear readers, have been exposed to the guile and treachery of these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL and all of the falsehoods that seem to flow so easily from their mouths!

My, how quickly LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY forgot that significant bit of legalese once they hijacked the devotion to Our Lady of America. They have since denied, as you well know, that Sister Joseph Therse and the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity own neither trademarks nor copyrights relating to the devotion to Our Lady of America.

MCCARTHY: "SHRINE? WE DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT NO SHRINE!"

Now, the MINIONS having begun to spring the rap, the writer moves to the present day. Not surprisingly, the MINIONS now claim that the concept of building a shrine originated in the mind of Sister Joseph Therese. That, of course, in an unsuccessful and cowardly attempt to avoid responsibility for their actions.

However, there are many documents to prove that the GRAND PLAN FOR THE SHRINE originated in the fertile minds of LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY in their quest to monopolize the American "Mary Tour" of the Midwest.

Displayed above is one page of a number of handwritten notes taken by Weston Hurd attorneys during the ill-fated meeting at the law offices of Weston Hurd at Cleveland, Ohio on September 15, 2006. The reader will recall that at this very meeting MCCARTHY proposed to steal a residential property, the former site of the Our Lady of the Nativity Convent, from James Whitta, the rightful owner, by forging Mr. Whitta's name to a Quit Claim Deed to the property.

In the handwritten notes, the reader will find references to the planned shrine, as articulated by none other than MCCARTHY himself. In those very notes, the reader will easily see that MINION MCCARTHY proposed that, at the scene of the proposed shrine, Sister Mildred's body would be entombed. MCCARTHY further apparently conceived the proposed shrine as the "shrine of the whole country." A grand scheme, indeed, and to think of all the revenues that such a shrine would generate.

GRAND PLAN FOR SHRINE

Presently, dear readers, you have learned that MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY had schemed to wiggle their way into the office of the Bishop of Toledo. You have also learned that, from the outset, they schemed to undermine and discredit Sister Joseph Therese by questioning her canonical authority.

Set out below, for your consideration, are the GRAND PLAN FOR THE SHRINE, which MINION MCCARTHY caused to be drafted by another unwitting and unpaid volunteer of the Our Lady of America Center.

The purpose of the GRAND PLAN was simply that MCCARTHY could demonstrate to Bishop Blair that Sister Joseph Therese had planned to construct a shrine in the Diocese of Toledo without the bishop's consent. As we all know, the bishop of each and every Diocese of the Catholic Church has complete authority over maters involving the Church in his respective diocese and let there be no doubt that every bishop is indeed jealous of that authority.

Here then are the GRAND PLAN FOR THE SHRINE, as requested by MINION MCCARTHY and employed by him to undermine Sister Joseph Therese:

Proposal for Support Solicitation

This project may seem grand in scale. We believe, however, that if the Lord wants this, it is entirely possible. Our goal is to bring glory to the Most Holy Trinity by honoring our Blessed Mother as "Our Lady of America", “The Immaculate Virgin”.

Our strategy is to plan and develop a worthy shrine and center for public devotion and veneration here in Fostoria, OH where Our Lady appeared and Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil lived until her death on January 10, 2000. We propose that the following be consider ed for development.

Prior to implementation, several concerns must be addressed. In order to provide Sister with the time necessary to devote to the Our Lady of America project, it is imperative that Sister's kennel is renovated and expanded. Efficiency of the operation of Sister's kennel is a prerequisite to all other development. Currently, much of Sister's time is spent coping with the poorly designed premises.

Preliminary/Initial Phase: Concurrent Preparation Phase related to Sister's business and personal requirements

* Prepare property (grounds) for visitors, including fencing for security
* Renovation and expansion of existing kennel and runs
* Evaluate and upgrade utilities (water, electricity, fuel)
* Truck with capacity to support kennel operations
* Disposal of outdated structures
* Construction and/or purchase of storage, maintenance and general repair facilities

Development Plan:

* Prioritize needs/desires to present to architect
* Engage architect to design comprehensive master plan
* Include General Contractor Jim Whitta in planning
* Project costs (Architect and GC)
* Establish time frame and sequence of phases
* Estimate phase completion schedule
* Develop fund raising plan
* Present plan to benefactors
* Bid process
* Permit acquisition

1. Visitor's Center/Administrative Office:

· New property entrance at property perimeter

* Greet and information function (pamphlet distribution, other devotional materials)
* Parking area with bus accommodation capacity plus car parking for 6-10 vehicles
* Signage and attractive entrance
* Gift shop for sale of devotional items
* Office with internet access and database for records, correspondence, research and other
information.
* Telephones, fax, answering machine, desk space for new staff
* Office and project administration (bookkeeping, investment management)
* Support functions, water, first aid, restrooms
* Delineation of private property (nuns' residence) from public area via stonewall, fence or
landscaping, providing necessary paths and access roads between all facilities.

2. Adoration Chapel:

* This section needs significant details for Tabernacle and altar. As the most important of
all proposed developments,20this structure will require the most planning and attention. It
will be the preeminent feature of the Shrine.
* Include an apartment/living area for priests' residence, including parking area.

3. Mausoleum:

* Located near or within Adoration Chapel
* Must be adequate to house Sister Mildred, Archbishop Paul Leibold, Sister M. Florecita,
Sister Joseph Therese, at a minimum (providing for the needs of future Contemplative
Sisters, etc)

4. An outdoor facility for Holy Mass:

* Open air space capable of accommodating large groups
* Weather cover
* Handicapped accessible
* Lighting

5. Stations of the Cross:

* Outdoors for public veneration

6. Statue Of Our Lady of America:

* Large
* Hilltop
* View of pond
* Illumination
* Prominent location

7. Retreat Center/Hermitages (long term):

* Retreat center outside of the cloister for laity
* Hermitages in remote location for priests and religious

MCCARTHY: "WE GOTTA GET TO BISHOP BLAIR!"

Now dear readers, as you shall soon see, it was fundamentally important to MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY for the success of their scheme to hijack this devotion to the Blessed Mother that they penetrate and infiltrate the Diocese of Toledo. How else might they achieve their diabolical ends?

It was necessary for LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY to discredit Sister Joseph Therese in the eyes of the local bishop so as to convince him and the world that their motives in hijacking the devotion were pure.

In fact, this writer met with Bishop Blair who disclosed that, upon his first meeting with LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, a meeting from which Sister Joseph Therese was excluded by design, these MINIONS immediately "expressed concern" for the canonical status of Sister Joseph Therese.

As a procedural matter, MCCARTHY, a "lawyer in two states" (including the State of Confusion), knew that he had to establish some reasonable basis for representing to Bishop Blair that he had the authority to speak on behalf of Sister Joseph Therese. This he accomplished by having Sister engage ALAN KERSHAW, ac rooked canon lawyer, who, in turn, named MCCARTHY as Sister's procurator in that KERSHAW was in Rome. The telling documents are displayed above.

Next, MCCARTHY sent a letter to Bishop Blair that he was the "procurator" of Sister Joseph Therese, whom he described in the letter as the "heiress" to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil. In that letter, MCCARTHY requested a meeting with the bishop and got the ball rolling!

"SIR" ALBERT AND THE LAWYER IN THE STATE OF CONFUSION MEET & GREET THE BISHOP OF TOLEDO

After having paved the way by their previous designs and devices, MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY were ready to meet and greet Bishop Blair, the Bishop of the Toledo, expressly for the purpose of initiating this phase of their scheme to hijack the devotion to Our Lady of America.

On the date of the meeting, Sister Joseph Therese drove the the airport and picked up MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, who had flown into Toledo in LANGSENKRAMP'S private airplane. LANGSENKRAMP, of course, is a Legatus big shot who owns and flies his own plane.

As you, dear readers, have already learned the Diocese of Toledo and the Office of Bishop Leonard Blair was rocked by scandal in 2006 with the arrest of a Catholic Priest for the ritualistic murder of a Catholic Sister, Sister Margaret Ann Pahl. This was at the very time that Bishop Blair was approached and unduly influenced by MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY who had as their sole motive the intent to undermine the status of Sister Joseph Therese with Bishop Blair.

Understandably, when he was approached by MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, the bishop was concerned with larger issues. It is also understandable that he wished to avoid any further scandal and adverse publicity. That, however, was not to be the case.

During the investigation of the murder of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl, law enforcement officials developed credible information that a number of priests, all presumably loyal to the bishop, had formed sort of a "club" which they named the "SISTERS OF ASSUMED MARY" (S.A.M.).

According to accounts, these blasphemous priests enjoyed dressing up in drag as nuns and, at "club" meetings engaged in ritualistic sex practices, which included the sexual molestation of children.

The existence of the SISTERS OF ASSUMED MARY has been verified by at least one of the members of the "club" who describes the adventure as "all in good fun." FUN???

Among the religious and clergy, Toledo, OH is not precisely considered to be a plum assignment. So it is that the current sitting bishop of the Toledo Diocese, Bishop Leonard Blair, has assumed many difficult problems and situations.

It is little wonder then that Bishop Blair has not seriously considered the matter of the devotion to Our Lady of America and has failed to afford Sister Joseph Therese the proper respect due a religious Sister of the Church, having been unduly influenced by MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY!

To cite but one example of the bishop's concerns, one might consider the recent conviction of a Catholic Priest, Gerald Robinson, of the murder of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl, a religious Sister of the Catholic Church. Robinson who, although' "faithful to the bishop of Toledo, was convicted of murdering Sister Pahl in the chapel of a Toledo hospital. Homicide detectives noted that the crime scene at the time of the killing was marked with evidence of satanic ritual.

During the investigation conducted immediately prior to Robinson's arrest, it seems that Bishop Blair may have been reluctant to share with law enforcement officials the full nature of information that the Toledo Diocese had collected on Robinson. Accordingly, police officers resorted to obtaining and executing a search warrant upon diocesan offices to acquire all of the records bearing on Robinson.

One thing I have experienced first hand in 40 years of investigating apparitions is that Satan attacks all true apparitions. Saint Luis De Montfort explained this in detail when he said, “Wherever the Virgin Mary is, the devil is close behind.” Of course the bible says the same of Her in both the first and last books: “He will strike at your heal.”, “And he pursued the woman.”

In all the true apparitions that I studied there were always people who destroy either the seer or the message. In every case the seer and the true supporters were persecuted and suffered a great deal. I came to believe that if an apparition was not attacked one way or the other, it was not true. This is especially true of the seer.

I have been directly involved with the seers of two approved apparitions, and with the official promoters of two other approved apparitions. In all four cases there were people who wanted to take over the apparition for their own power and glory. These are people who want to use God to promote themselves, and they would sell the gifts of the Holy Spirit for money.

In every case, these people actually believe that God called them to take over control of the apparition and even of the seer. The truth is that this very attitude is the “spiritual pride” that allows Satan to take over them and then use them to destroy, dilute, change, confuse or frustrate truth in one way or the other. All true Private Revelations have a very special reason and mission. Satan wins when he can confuse it or at least postpone it. In some cases the truths and fruits of true apparitions were delayed for hundreds of years.

When I first learned how much Sister Mary Ephrem (Mildred Marie) Neuzil and her companion nuns suffered at the hands of other nuns, I knew she had to be a saintly woman, because Christ predicted that. When God promoted her spiritual director to Bishop, this gave him the power to approve her apparitions and have her diary printed. But even after that the attacks of Satan continued and continue to this day even years after her death.

Although not directly involved with the true center of Our Lady of America, I have investigated those people who have tried to steal the devotion away from the true owner. After years of study and stacks of documents I know these people are influenced by demons. They put forth saintly faces and write saintly words on the internet, but the truth shows in actions, not in false faces. In the past I have experienced what happens when you confront these people with the truth. Suddenly they become as vicious as mad dogs.

So when the investigator for the legal team of Our Lady of America confronted these people by email, the true face came forth and it was the face of demons. I have seen hundreds of pages of these emails and the filthy language and attacks sent to a shy and holy nun cannot even be read by the average Catholic, because even reading them might be sinful, even gravely sinful.

However, so that the truth will be exposed through the true character of the people, I advised the lawyers and investigators to put up highlights of this vile, filthy and satanic language that all may see the truth, most especially the bishops who have been fooled by their money.

I expect, even demand that these bishops read these emails; however, I do not think those devotees of Our Lady who came to preach purity, should bother to read these. If you have the stomach for it, and must see who it is that wants to promote Our Lady of purity, then do so with some prayerful forethought.

Once again, dear readers, this writer is getting a little ahead of the story. However, it seems timely to present to you an email exchange between "Sister's" Weston Hurd attorney, John Farnan, and MINION "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP.

As you may recall from earlier segments in this blog, on or about September 15, 2006, Sister Joseph Therese instructed "her" Weston Hurd attorneys to have no further contact and communication with MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY except and unless she were a party to any such contact and communication.

Further as you, dear readers, Sister's instructions to "her" Weston Hurd attorneys immediately followed the proposition put forward by MINION MCCARTHY to steal a residential property on McDougal Street in Fostoria from the rightful owner, Mr. James Whitta, by forging Mr. Whitta's signature to a Quit Claim Deed to the property, to be then presented to the Whitta family upon the eventual death of Mr. Whitta.

Subsequently, in or about October 2007, Sister Joseph Therese learned that one of her unpaid volunteers, who had been suspicious of THE MINIONS, had begun surreptitiously recording telephone conversations which MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY had placed to the volunteer.

Needless to say, the recording did much to reveal the true intentions of MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY. After Sister listened to the tape recordings, she placed a telephone call to John Farnan, "her" Weston Hurd attorney whom she unfortunately trusted at the time. Sister disclosed to Farnan the content of the tape recordings and swore Farnan to secrecy, even though for Farnan to reveal any such information to an outside party would be an invasion of the attorney-client privilege.

However, shortly thereafter and contrary to Sister's explicit instructions, Farnan sent an email message to MINION LANGSENKRAMP, displayed above for you consideration.''

In his email message to LANGSENKRAMP, dated November 1, 2007, Farnan wrote to LANGSENKRAMP, "I would like for you to fly to Cleveland - sometime soon - just you - so we can sit down and CONFIDENTIALLY discuss some aspects of the Our Lady of America project."

Does the reader sense the conspiratorial tone of that sentence?

WOW! This writer supposes that the attorney-client privilege is nothing more than an annoying matter of inconvenience to Farnan. And, once again, Farnan seemed to fail to grasp the concept of Sister's Instructions to him: NO CONTACT WITH LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY!

Dear readers, this writer hopes that you have clicked on the link found at http://www.unitypublishing.com/Apparitions/OurLadyOfAmericaStop.htm found in the immediately prior segment of this blog, posted on March 9, 2009.

Of you have done so, you will have been taken to an article authored by Mr. Richard Salbato, setting out the true facts as to the current status of Church approvals to this devotion to Our Lady of America. Also, Mr. Salbato sets out factual details as to the manner in which this devotion has been attacked and hijacked by MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY.

Never let it be said that MINIONS "SIR" ALBERT and MCCARTHY, a "lawyer in two states" (including the State of Confusion) ever pass by an opportunity to threaten their critics with a lawsuit, this apparently due to MCCARTHY'S presumed "legal expertise."

So also it was with Richard Salbato. When "SIR" ALBERT apparently discovered Mr. Salbato's article, he fired off two email messages to Mr. Salbato, displayed above, threatening to sue for his favorite false claim, "defamation." To the present day LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY still do not understand that presentation of the truth and facts, no mater how much it affects one's business, occupation, and trade of thievery, does not give rise to a proper legal claim of defamation.

MCCARTHY, that famed "lawyer in two states," and valiant "prayer warrior for Jesus" was apparently practicing the law in the State of Confusion when he failed to recognize that the truth is always a proper defense to any such false and frivolous claim of defamation.

Nevertheless, when reviewing the above email message from LANGSENKRAMP, the reader will not that "SIR" ALBERT asserts that he is not making any threats, but is rather issuing Mr. Salbato a "warning" in his usual manner of "christian charity!" My how graceful of him!

The writer finds it interesting that, in the first paragraph of his latter email of February 23, 2008, "SIR ALBERT" wrote, "You may be asked to defend your statements in a court of law. If YOU can not (sic) prove them to be true then YOU will be held accountable for the damage."

Well, by a strange coincidence and twist of fate, Mr. Salbato's statements, and those of this writer, will be proven to be true in court, just as you, dear readers, have seen evidence of the culpability of THESE MINIONS presented here at this blog for your consideration.

Then, MINION LANGSENKRAMP goes on to include text from a post, likely posted by him or one of his confederates, posted to a blog operated by Fred Martinez. These are nothing more than self-serving statements from THE MINIONS themselves. The writer finds absolutely no credibility there at all.

The writer then takes note that the post refers Mr. Martinez to the oltiv.org, the official organ of THE MINIONS, for further details! LANGSENKAMP may have just as well provided the "details" directly to Mr. Martinez, since it would have the same practical effect as going to oltiv.org for information!

In fact, MINION LARRY YOUNG is the registered owner of the oltiv.org website. As you, dear readers, may recall, YOUNG is the managing partner of the Bluechip Soccer Camp at Rome City, Indiana which these MINIONS are attempting to pass off as "holy ground" in their profit-making venture "promoting," without authorization, their get-rich-quick version of the devotion to Our Lady of America.

Finally, "SIR" ALBERT" launches into his usual attack on Sister Joseph Therese, which served the intended purpose of having the reader take his eyes off the ball! Just more attempted sleight of hand!

And, of course, "SIR" ALBERT closed his email with the usual blessing, as if he is a moral individual with any right at all to extend any blessing on behalf of the Lord Jesus and His Mother Mary! Rather trite and disingenuous, finds this writer! In fact, that gesture is downright hypocritical!

In quite unconvincing fashion, LANGSENKAMP is attempting to re-write history!

Dear readers, you may be a bit surprised and somewhat shocked to learn that this writer, a humble servant to the Blessed Mother, has chosen to disclose the truth of this matter to you. However, contrary to what you may have been led to believe by the curious letter advanced by ARCHBISHOP BURKE to the U.S. Conference of Bishops, and contrary to the misrepresentations of these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL, "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP AND KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, the devotion to Our Blessed Mother, Our Lady of America, has not yet received full canonical approval by the Catholic Church!

Why would LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY make these misrepresentations to you, the faithful? Obviously, it is only for the money!

You, dear readers, have already learned that ARCHBISHOP BURKE has issued the letter to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops in 2007 without any canonical authority. Interestingly enough, LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY have touted ARCHBISHOP BURKE as a "world renowned" authority on Canon Law. If, indeed, that is true, then ARCHBISHOP BURKE is clearly aware that he has substantially overstepped the bounds of his Canonical authority by issuing the letter "promoting" the devotion on behalf of LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY! Further, set out below is an excerpt from a recent letter from Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk, the current sitting Archbishop of the Diocese of Cincinnati, addressing these very misrepresentations of MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY:

"I have received the material that you sent me. I appreciate your thoughtfulness, and we will keep the materials in our files.There are just a couple things that I believe require some clarification.

First of all, it is my recollection that Bishop Leibold asked me to serve as censor for his granting of the imprimatur for the Prayer to the Indwelling Most Holy Trinity. It is not my recollection that Bishop Leibold gave any canonical approval to the message.

Similarly, in the newsletter Our Lady of America, page 2, you indicate that "Paul F. Leibold, Archbishop of Cincinnati" granted the imprimatur to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil's Diary. I do not believe that this is exact.

We will keep the materials you sent on file, because we occasionally get inquiries about Our Lady of the America.

Please keep me in your prayers."

So, dear readers, the current sitting Archbishop of the Diocese, as well as successor, friend, and confidant of the late Archbishop Paul Liebold, has openly disputed the claims of MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY and the assertions of ARCHBISHOP BURKE'S letter to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops!

Also, despite the incessant unauthorized attempts of MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY to push for enthronement of their counterfeit statue of Our Lady of America in the National Shrine in Washington, D.C., Monsignor Rossi, the Rector at the National Shrine, refuses to even consider the proposition.

Now, why would the Rector of the National Shrine oppose the enthronement of the statue?

Quite simply, Monsignor Rossi's position is that he will not consider enthronement until the devotion to Our Lady of America has received genuine and full canonical approval of Holy Mother Church.

THE LETTER FROM SISTER TO PIRATE DAN LYNCH!

Having been so recently on the topics of the trademarks and copyrights owned by Sister Joseph Therese, and the piracy of MINIONS "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP, KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, AND PIRATE DAN LYNCH of St. Albans, VT, the writer now presents for the readers' consideration a letter sent by Sister Joseph Therese to PIRATE DAN LYNCH, objecting to the publication of his book, Our Lady of America, Our Hope for the States, which pirated, in part, the copyrighted writings of Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil, the visionary.

To set the context, MINION MCCARTHY had instructed Sister Joseph Therese to have no contact with PIRATE DAN for a three-month period, apparently during which PIRATE DAN LYNCH had been preparing "his" manuscript for unlawful publication.

Ultimately, PIRATE DAN sent a copy of his new book to Sister Joseph Therese for review.

As the reader can plainly discern, Sister was unhappy with PIRATE DAN's book for numerous reasons as are articulated in Sister's letter to PIRATE DAN.

At the conclusion of her letter, Sister stated explicitly to PIRATE DAN that she does not assign any permission to LYNCH to use the copyrighted writings of Sister Mildred, nor does she authorized PIRATE DAN LYNCH to publish his book, given her objection as pointed out in her letter.

PIRATE DAN, of course, did what any modern "apostle" and pirate would do. He ignored Sister's letter, without reply, and proceeded to publish and sell his book, effectively defying Sister and daring her to take any action against him.

Well, dear readers, PIRATE DAN LYNCH is going to have to learn that one cannot pick and choose which of the laws with which to comply!

As an attorney and "former judge" of a probate court, PIRATE DAN LYNCH certainly should have some sense of the law regarding theft and conversion! Apparently he, like LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, has mistakenly presumed that Sister is either unwilling or unable to assert her rights under the law. That presumption, however, has been a major miscalculation on the part of PIRATE DAN and the other MINIONS!

ARCHBISHOP BURKE BLOWS SISTER OFF!

As you, dear readers, have already seen in a letter from ARCHBISHOP BURKE to Sister Joseph Therese, under the date of December 31, 2007, the good archbishop readily admitted to Sister that he had brought the matter of the devotion to Our Lady of America before the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops in 2007 on behalf of MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY. (See "MCCARTHY: ARCHBISHOP BURKE NEEDS LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY," posted on January 2, 2009)

As you may recall from the archbishop's letter, he simply referred Sister to the Bishop of the Toledo Diocese who, he conceded, is properly the individual with canonical authority over the devotion to Our Lady of America.

Sister Joseph Therese however knowing fully that ARCHBISHOP BURKE had sponsored MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, sent the above-displayed letter to ARCHBISHOP BURKE in a plea for his help on January 9, 2008.

ARCHBISHOP BURKE, KNIGHT COMMANDER, IN THE USUAL AND CUSTOMARY TRADITION THE KNIGHTS OF THE HOLY SEPULCHER, DID NOT ANSWER SISTER'S LETTER AND SIMPLY BLEW HER OFF!

One would suppose, at first blush, that Sister did not have pockets deep enough to merit a response from ARCHBISHOP BURKE.

Please be advised that Sister is alive and well, and is doing just fine.

Presently, Sister's new website is under construction and should be back up and running in the very near future.

As you are most certainly aware, Sister's website, found at http://www.ourladyofamerica.com/ is the only authentic website of the Our Lady of America Center, which was found by Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil, the visionary, in 1979 to carry out the mission which the Blessed Mother entrusted to her.

Any other website which purport to offer information, solicit donations and free will offerings, and offer the sale of "devotional items" are operated by impostors, specifically MINIONS "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP, KEVIN MCCARTHY, AND LARRY YOUNG.

In fact, this writer has recently received information that MINION LARRY YOUNG, who is reputed to have photos of those little "orbs" from outer space flying around the Bluechip Soccer Camp which normally precede the arrival of the space aliens, is keenly interested in the current state of Sister's website. Further, this writer has it on good authority that MINION YOUNG, along with MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, is an avid daily reader of this blog.

It must be that MINION YOUNG recognizes that the truth is out there somewhere! Of course, by daily reading this blog, he's finally come to the right place for the TRUTH!

Sadly, THESE MINIONS, all for the sake of the money, profit and gain, have adulterated the messages and the prayers of this devotion.

They have also falsely claimed "full canonical approval" of this devotion to Our Lady of America based upon a letter from ARCHBISHOP RAYMOND BURKE, who has no canonical authority whatsoever in the matter of the devotion, and whose claims have been openly disputed by Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk, the sitting Bishop of the Diocese of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the successor to Archbishop Paul Liebold, Sister Mildred's spiritual advisor.

MEET THE "KNIGHT COMMANDER" OF THE KNIGHTS OF THE HOLY SEPULCHER!

Once again, dear readers, this writer confirms the precept that a little research (not like the pricey $470,000 "research" conducted by MCCARTHY for the BVM Foundation) can and does pay dividends.

On this very day, the writer has discovered two rather interesting and significant facts. In reviewing the curriculum vitae of an individual inextricably enmeshed in the hijacking of this devotion to Our Lady of America, the writer has learned that this same individual cites as two of his "honors" the following:

1) Knight Commander with Star of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre, March 12, 1997 ; and

2) Doctorate Honoris Causa, Ave Maria University, May 7, 2005

It is more than interesting to this writer that, once again, there are connections to the Knights of the Holy and Sepulcher and to the Ave Maria University.

As you, dear readers, may recall, Ave Maria University is a project of Pizza Guru Thomas Monaghan, who also formed Legatus, that famed organization of "Catholic" fat cat businessmen.

You may also recall that Weston Hurd Attorney John Farnan, in his own memorandum, indicated that MCCARTHY "found" him by and through the graces of the Ave Maria Law School.

Lastly, dear readers, you must certainly remember that MINION "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP belongs to both the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher and Legatus!

Therefore, the writer was very surprised to learn that this mystery man, the Knight Commander with an Honorary Doctorate from Ave Maria University, is none other than that famed prelate, ARCHBISHOP RAYMOND BURKE!

This whole motley crew turns out to be rather intimately interwoven and intertwined!

MORE OF MCCARTHY SCHEMING IN THE BACKGROUND WITH WESTON HURD!

As you may recall, dear readers, there had been a falling out between Sister Joseph Therese and that valiant "prayer warrior for Jesus" KEVIN MCCARTHY during a meeting at the law offices of Weston Hurd at Cleveland, Ohio on or abut September 15, 2006.

That falling out, as you may recall, occurred when MCCARTHY proposed to forge the signature of Mr. James Whitta to a Quit Claim Deed for the property on McDougal Street in Fostoria, OH, where the Blessed Mother had appeared to Sister Mildred on numerous occasions. MCCARTHY further proposed to present the forged Quit Claim Deed to the family of Mr. Whitta at the time of his eventual death, thereby stealing the property from the estate and family of Mr. Whitta.

The record is presently not clear if MCCARTHY'S proposal to forge the signature to the Quit Claim Deed had been presented to and approved by either Bishop Ricken or Archbishop Burke.

Further, as you, dear readers, may also recall, Sister Joseph Therese at the time of the falling out forbade "her" Weston Hurd attorneys from having any further contact with MCCARTHY & LANGSENKRAMP except and unless she were a party to any such communication and contact.

Sister's instructions to the Weston Hurd attorneys obviously fell on deaf ears!

Displayed above is a copy of a handwritten note, from the legal files returned to Sister Joseph Therese from Weston Hurd, dated September 25, 2006, ten days following the time that Sister Joseph Therese forbade "her" Weston Hurd attorneys from having further contact with LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY.

Given the legibility, or lack thereof, of the handwriting, the writer attempts to decipher the note for your consideration:

So dear readers, while it is unclear as to who may have contacted whom, it is clear that there was contact between MINION MCCARTHY and Weston Hurd attorneys on September 25, 2006, contrary to express instructions issued by Sister Joseph Therese to "her" Weston Hurd Attorneys.

Further, from the cryptic content of the above note, it would seem that MINION MCCARTHY had decided to form a not-for profit corporation in Indiana (likely the "Blessed Virgin Mary, Inc.") to "work with" an unidentified Ohio association in the matter of the canonization of Sister Mildred.

The reader can only imagine the profit potential to THE MINIONS in the event that Sister Mildred were to be declared a Saint of Holy Mother Church!

Interestingly, and not too subtly stated, MCCARTHY threatens to send a letter, the proposed contents unknown, to Sister Joseph Therese "IF SHE DOES NOT COOPERATE!"

Finally, MINION MCCARTHY has apparently taken it upon himself, since he has acted as a contract employee of the BVM Foundation in the capacity of "Cannon lawyer," to make the ecclesiastical decision that the Our Lady of the Nativity Convent in Fostoria, OH is now a "private association of the lay faithful."

MCCARTHY apparently made that unilateral decision, anticipating that he would eventually form and lead a Diaconate at the Holy See, by express invitation of the Holy Father, and that, in that capacity, he would have authority over all of the Cardinals and Bishops of the Church! MCCARTHY must have just been practicing at exercising his anticipated ecclesiastical authority when he made the above determination!

So dear readers, as can be plainly seen from the above notes of a telephone conversation between one of "Sister's" attorneys and MINION MCCARTHY, MCCARTHY continued to steer the ship into deep waters, perilous only to Sister Joseph Therese!

FARNAN: "I VERIFIED SISTER'S TRADEMARK FOR OUR LADY OF AMERICA!"

To the present time, dear readers, you have been presented evidence that Sister Mary Joseph Therese is the owner of a number of copyright and trademark protections, issued to her by and under the authority of the United States Government. You have also been presented with evidence that MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, unable to find a lawful means to defeat those protections, simply infringed upon these protections, denying their viability.

Now, dear readers, please consider the letter from experienced Miller Ice Intellectual Property Attorney Michael N. S. Swift, sent to Bishop Blair of the Diocese of Toledo on January 15, 2008. (See "A NOT SO SWIFT LETTER TO THE BISHOP OF TOLEDO," posted 02/04/2009)

In his zeal to overcome Sister's trademark and copyright protections on behalf of his clients, Miller Ice Attorney Michael N.S. Swift has once again mis-stated the facts.

In his not so "swift" letter to Bishop Blair, the attorney wrote, in part, that Sister Joseph Therese "is claiming to have a copyright interest in ...the Our Lady of America Medal...."

Attorney Michael N. S. Swift further wrote, "In point of fact, our research regarding... the medal...revealed that (it had) been in the public domain for a long period of time." The attorney continued on to claim that, according to pre-1978 copyright law, Sister Joseph Therese could not assert her copyright protections, including her copyright protections of the medallion.

Well, dear readers, notwithstanding that Attorney Michael N.S. Swift may be an accomplished Miller Ice Intellectual Property Attorney, the very simple and basic fact is that Sister Joseph Therese has not claimed any copyright protections of the Our Lady of America Medal, simply because THE MEDAL HAD NEVER BEEN COPYRIGHTED.

In point of fact, to borrow Swift' phrase, THE MEDAL WAS TRADEMARKED pursuant to the provisions of the Lanham Act, which was enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1946 and had not been substantially amended in 1978 as Swift had led the Bishop of Toledo to believe.

The reader has already been presented with the actual copies of the trademark protections afforded to Sister Mary Joseph Therese by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. (See "THE MINIONS: SISTER DON'T OWN NO TRADEMARKS!" posted 02/03/2009)

The writer finds it interesting that Attorney Michael N. S. Swift refers to "our research" in his letter to the Bishop of Toledo. While Swift may be an accomplished Miller Ice Intellectual Property attorney, he is clearly not much of an investigator.

The writer suspects that Swift may very well have relied upon the pricey "research" which MCCARTHY conducted on behalf of the BVM Foundation for the princely sum of $470,000.00. (See "BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IS INCORPORATED" posted 11/20/2008) If so, that research turns out to have been fatally flawed, as is the opinion of Attorney Michael N. S. Swift.

Further, in their current lawsuit, MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY effectively deny that Sister Joseph Therese the owns the "Our Lady of America" Trademark and seek a declaratory judgment from the Court that they have not infringed on the non-existent trademark. That proposition likely originated in the brilliant legal mind of MINION MCCARTHY, a "lawyer in two states," and a valiant "prayer warrior for Jesus!"

However, notwithstanding all of the attempted sleight of hand and fancy dance steps by MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, by and through the legal services provided by Miller Ice Attorney Michael N. S. Swift, the above-displayed document, an email message from Weston Hurd Attorney John Farnan to MINION MCCARTHY, clearly demonstrates that MCCARTHY clearly knew that Sister Joseph Therese was and is the owner of trademark protections of the title "Our Lady of America."

Farnan explicitly informed MCCARTHY on July 25, 2006 that he had verified the trademark and its authorities! The "Our Lady of America" Trademark registration, granted to Sister Mary Joseph Therese by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, is also displayed above for your consideration!

MCCARTHY: "WE'RE AFRAID & APPREHENSIVE!"

Presently, dear readers, there has been a recent development in the matter of the patents and trademarks owned by Sister Joseph Therese. Having so recently visited the issue of copyright infringement by MINIONS LANGSENKAMP, MCCARTHY, & LYNCH on this blog, it would seem entirely appropriate to inform you as to the most recent developments regarding that issue.

As you, the readers, are already aware, MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY have brought another civil suit, filed in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Indiana. Sister Joseph Therese and this writer have been named defendants in that lawsuit in which, in part, THE MINIONS alleged that Sister Joseph Therese and this writer have formed a "civil conspiracy" by bringing the facts and the truth of the unlawful conduct of THESE MINIONS into the light of day.

Further, "SIR" ALBERT & MCCARTHY, a "lawyer in two states" (one of them being the State of Confusion), both self-proclaimed "prayer warriors for Jesus," allege that they have been defamed by the facts and the truth, further claiming that they have been harmed in the businesses, occupation, and trades! Given that the nature of their businesses, occupations, and trade in regard to this matter is simply deception, fraud, and theft, the writer sincerely hopes that they have indeed been affected. INDEED, THEY HAVE STOLEN AND CONTINUE TO STEAL FROM THE BLESSED MOTHER!

Most recently, THE MINIONS have filed an amended complaint in their present frivolous lawsuit, which was filed on February 4, 2009 by their Miller Ice Attorney Michael N.S. Swift.

In their amended complaint, THE MINIONS have added two more frivolous Counts. At Counts Eight and Nine, THE MINIONS REQUEST THE U.S DISTRICT COURT TO ISSUE A DECLARATORY JUDGMENT THEY HAVE NOT INFRINGED UPON SISTER'S COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS ! Such a request is the equivalent of a bank robber requesting the Court to issue a judgment that the robbery of the bank amounted to nothing more than an inadvertent unauthorized withdrawal of funds. Their request makes no sense and is quite contrary to law!

Presented here, for your consideration, is the actual language taken from THE MINIONS' amended complaint, found at Paragraph #50:

"While Plaintiffs do not believe that they are infringing any rights of Fuller (Sister Joseph Therese), by sending the C & D (Cease and Desist) Letters to Plaintiffs, Fuller has created an actual case and controversy by creating apprehension and uncertainty with regard to Plaintiff's rights to conduct certain activities relating to the promotion of the Devotion, including but not limited to Plaintiffs' right to use the phrase "OUR LADY OF AMERICA" and the writings of Sister Mary Ephrem to promote the Devotion."

"SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY ARE SUDDENLY APPREHENSIVE AND UNCERTAIN? They were certainly neither uncertain nor apprehensive when they swindled an estimated $750,000 from Sister, or when they stole Sister's personal property, including the Archival Statue of Our Lady of America! And they were certainly not apprehensive and uncertain when they undertook to pirate and pillage the trademark and copyright protections of Sister Joseph Therese more than one year ago!
NOW THEY ARE SUDDENLY APPREHENSIVE AND UNCERTAIN AS TO THEIR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT?

This is just one more disingenuous argument advance by MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY by and through their Miller Ice attorney Michael N.S. Swift!

As the reader now knows, MINIONS LANGSENKAMP, MCCARTHY, AND THE BVM FOUNDATION have been served with Cease and Desist Letters demanding that they no further offer religious goods and "devotional items" that infringe upon Sister's trademark and copyright protections.

THE MINIONS are now requesting the U.S. District Court to hold them harmless from their unlawful copyright and trademark infringements. That, of course, will never happen!

As a matter of fact, THESE MINIONS were so bold and unafraid of trampling over the rights and copyright and trademark protections of Sister Joseph Therese, even the order form from THE MINIONS' .ORG website bears the copyright of Sister's Our Lady of America Center, as displayed above, at the bottom of the page.

NOT MUCH FEAR AND APPREHENSION DISPLAYED THERE!

For those of you, dear readers, who have not had the benefit of study of Latin as a language, the above phrase "Ad Majorem Pecuniae Gloria!" is translated into English, "All for the Greater Glory of Money!"

This phrase is precisely the mantra of these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL and those clergy, apparently including BISHOP RICKEN and ARCHBISHOP BURKE , who have seemingly succumbed to the allure of the money, offered not quite so gratuitously by LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY!

As you, dear readers, are acutely aware, there is no such thing as a "free lunch!" So it is with the offerings of money by these MINIONS OF THE FALLEN ANGEL. If much is given, much is expected in return.

Sadly, BISHOP RICKEN and ARCHBISHOP BURKE, clergy of Holy Mother Church, appear to have willingly entered into such an unholy exchange and alliance with LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY! These clergymen have accepted sums of money from these MINIONS of the fallen angel, in exchange for which they appear to have complied with the MINIONS' requests to provide great services, all to the benefit of these MINIONS, and contrary to the best interests of Our Blessed Mother, Our Lady of America.

Perhaps these MINIONS and these clergymen, and others like them, should take heed of the very words from the Lord Jesus Christ to another visionary, Catalin Rivas of Bolivia, Lay Missionary of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus (2003):

“It saddens Me to see an outwardly religious demeanour in many of My children, who are far from living it, and which serves only the pursuit of their personal gain. They deceive people in order to acquire power, and use it to stand out, manipulating things according to their own whim and fancy.

“And what does Jesus think? That’s what they should be asking themselves when pride, the spirit of hypocritical criticism, is seizing the soul."

In the prior segment of this blog, dear readers, you have been presented with the content of an email message which this writer submitted to the "lieutenant" of the knights of the Holy Sepulcher, who is enthroned in Chicago, IL.

Presented above, for your consideration, is a letter received from "lieutenant" John Rapp in response to the writer's email message. There are some rather interesting inferences and conclusions to be drawn from the content of the letter from the "lieutenant."

Firstly he acknowledges that the charges which this writer levied against "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP are serious, as they indeed truly are. And true as well!

Next, the lieutenant, with tongue in cheek, claims that he is "responsible" for the activities of his membership and that it is his"responsibility" to report any misconduct to the "Grand Magesterium of the Order in Rome." That claimed course of action, as it turns out, is highly questionable.

The "lieutenant" then presents his credentials as a lawyer and a member of the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board and Chairman of the Attorney Disciplinary Commission of the State of Illinois.
These representations are a BIG PROBLEM on two counts.

Firstly, the "lieutenant" admits to being a lawyer by training and profession. The writer's personal experience and opinion is that it is extremely difficult to find a competent and honest attorney, just as it is to find a trustworthy "apostle" in these days and times.

Secondly, the "lieutenant" is the Chairman of the Attorney Disciplinary Commission of the State of Illinois. Once again, based upon this writer's personal experience and opinion, Attorney Disciplinary Commissions exist to shield attorneys from the consequences of their dishonest actions and deeds. The investigatory process of any such Commission, such as the "lieutenant" proposes in his letter, is fundamentally flawed because the response to any complaint from an accused attorney is accepted without question, and without the opportunity for rebuttal from the complainant, crediting the attorney with undeserved credibility.

In other words, the "system of justice" employed by Attorney Disciplinary Commissions is biased against the complainant and in favor of the accused attorney!

Finally, near the conclusion of the letter, the "lieutenant" requests copies of the evidence which proves the case against "SIR" ALBERT. While the writer may have been born at night, he wasn't born last night! At this suggestion, this writer clearly smelled a rat, and rightly so!

Therefore, this writer sent another email message to the "lieutenant," offering to share the evidence with him only after the "lieutenant" offered assurances that copies of the evidence would be withheld from "SIR" ALBERT.

This writer was not prepared to offer MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY premature Discovery contrary to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure! After all, forewarned is forearmed!

Needless to say, the writer received no response from the good "lieutenant" who was obviously not prepared to offer those assurances.

More recently, this writer was deposed by Miller Ice attorney Michael N. S. Swift at Toledo, OH on January 16, 2009, since this writer has also been named a defendant, along with Sister Joseph Therese, in the most recent frivolous lawsuit brought by MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, who claim that they have been defamed by the presentation of the facts and the truth at this blog. THE MINIONS fail to recognize that any discredit comes to them not because of the facts and the truth, but rather is the proximate result of their immoral and unlawful conduct.

Nevertheless, during the deposition, this writer was shown and asked to identify the very email message which the writer had sent to the "lieutenant" in Chicago on November 17, 2008.

So, it seems, that the good "lieutenant" was fishing for information and evidence on behalf of "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP and had absolutely no intention at all of informing the "Grand Magesterium of the Order in Rome" of the transgressions of "SIR" ALBERT. He was doing no more than attempting to protect one of his own fat cats!

As in most such matters involving the Catholic Church in the United States, when there is a choice to be made between money and morality, money seems to win out most, if not all of the time. ALI BABA would be proud of the actions of his good "lieutenant!"

So, dear readers, if at any time in the future you believe that you may have need of a knight for any reason, the writer suggests that you forgo making a telephone call to Chicago, unless you have deep pockets!

ALI BABA & 40 THIEVES JOIN NEW CLUB: KNIGHTS OF THE HOLY SEPULCHER IN JERUSALEM

Dear readers, you have been shown evidence that no fewer than two noble knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem are involved in this sordid affair.Specifically, "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP and "SIR" TERRY KOPP, VICE-PIRATE TO PIRATE DAN LYNCH, and perhaps others of the membership of this "esteemed" organization, have banded together to lay siege to the Convent of Our Lady of the Nativity at Fostoria, OH.

The stout-hearted knights, in defense of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, embarked on a holy crusade to overcome and pillage the Religious Order of the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity and vanquish the sole survivor of the Order, Sister Mary Joseph Therese, C.I.T.

This writer, being a life-long Catholic and recognizing the grave injustice of the immoral and unlawful conduct of these knights, believes that these knights would have been better off doing something much more creditable, like calling Bingo Games in their local parish halls.

Nevertheless, this writer expected that this organization of knights, which claims lineage directly to the Pope, might very well object to the conduct of these knights. That, of course, turned out to be a rather naive assumption on the part of this writer.

Nevertheless, on November 17, 2008, the writer sent the following email message to John Rapp, the "lieutenant" of the central region of that noble organization of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher, favored by Ali Baba and the 40 thieves, who reigns from his knightly throne in Chicago, IL, which is apparently a branch office of headquarters in Jerusalem:

"Mr. Rapp:

The website of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher identifies you as the Lieutenant of the North Central Region of the Knights.

I therefore bring to your attention the unconscionable, immoral, and unlawful conduct of "Sir" Albert Langsenkamp of Indianapolis, IN who purports to be a "knight" of the Holy Sepulcher.

Langsenkamp and a co-conspirator have set upon Sister Mary Joseph Therese, Director of the Our Lady of America Center, and has wrested from her control of the devotion to the Blessed Mother under the title of Our Lady of America.

The devotion is predicated upon the wishes and requests of the Blessed Mother, as given to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil by the Virgin Mother through a longstanding series of visions and apparitions.

In November 2005, Langsenkamp and his accomplice offered to "volunteer" their services to the Our Lady of America Center and Sister Joseph Therese in the propagation of the devotion.

However, in short order, Langsenkamp swindled an estimated $750,000.00 from Sister Joseph Therese and the Our Lady of America Center. Thereafter, Langsenkamp & his accomplice stole religious artifacts and objects from Sister Joseph Therese, including the Archival Statue of Our Lady of America, bequeathed to Sister Joseph Therese by Sister Neuzil.

Finally, Langsenkamp unlawfully seized control of Sister's website by means of a fraudulent letter bearing Sister's forged endorsement.

All this Langsenkamp & his accomplice have done motivated only by greed, avarice, and lust for money.

I have attached to this message a copy of my recent letter to Francis Cardinal George at the Archdiocese of Chicago, which sets out this matter in greater detail.

I am informing you of these particulars so that, as an official of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher, you may take action against Langsenkamp who, based upon his desecration of this devotion to the Blessed Mother, has no legitimate standing in the sacramental life of the Catholic Church.

His immoral actions, which constitute sacrilege, should not and cannot be validated by the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher and Holy Mother Church.

Because this is no insignificant matter, I would kindly appreciate an affirmative response to this communication.

It is time that the Church in the United States, and organizations such as yours, look past money and wealth and consider ethics and morals as guiding principles.

Langsenkamp. who is also a member of Legatus, has apparently adopted the "pragmatic" moral philosophy of that organization: the end justify the means.

Should you or a member of your staff wish to speak directly with me, I can provide documentary evidence to support my claims."

So, dear readers, this writer has attempted to inform this most righteous and upstanding organization of Catholic fat cats of the conduct of one of its members.

In the next segment of this blog, the writer will display the response, written and otherwise, from the "lieutenant" who is perhaps guided by other than spiritual motivations as you, the readers, shall soon see!

MINION MCCARTHY IS PROMOTED AT BVM FOUNDATION!

At last, dear readers, the tax filing of IRS Form 990 of the BVM Foundation for tax year 2007 has been released for public inspection.

MINION KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, formerly the only paid Director and employee of BVM Foundation, Inc., has been promoted to the position of Secretary of BVM Foundation, that nonprofit, tax-exempt, non-operating foundation based in Batesville, IN.

Along with his promotion, MCCARTHY took what appears to be a drastic pay cut and now claims zero, nothing, nada in compensation.

But wait, dear readers, since all is not what MCCARTHY would have you and the IRS believe!

A closer inspection of the Form 990 discloses that, even though MCCARTHY claims no compensation from the BVM Foundation for his "services" as Secretary, he still seems to have had his hand in the cookie jar.

Form 990 shows that MCCARTHY received contributions to his "benefit package" in the amount of $15, 420.00, found at Page 6 of IRS Form 990.

Then, MCCARTHY was apparently hired by BVM Foundation in the capacity of a "Contractor" and was paid $51,834.00 for his services as a "Cannon" Lawyer, to be found at Page 7 of the Form 990. This writer has cause to wonder whether or not MCCARTHY has, in fact, been granted a degree in Canon Law, or Cannon Law, from an accredited educational institution, but intends to discover that very information during the course of the pending lawsuit brought by MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY!

Then, at Page 30 of the IRS Form 990 filed by the BVM Foundation for tax year 2007, MCCARTHY was "granted" a "Study Stipend for the Deaconate Program" in the amount of $232,460.00. The cost of Cliff's Notes must have risen dramatically.Apparently MCCARTHY still aspires to form a Diaconate under the authority of the Holy Father at the Holy See.

So then, dear readers, MINION MCCARTHY, a true "Prayer warrior for Jesus," who has sacrificed payment for his "services" as Secretary of the BVM Foundation, nevertheless received a distribution of monies, directly and indirectly from the BVM Foundation in tax year 2007 in the amount of $299, 714.00.

In all, not a bad financial reward for "volunteering" his services to the BVM Foundation. MCCARTHY has apparently discovered that his "virtue" certainly does have its rewards!

Presently, dear readers, a tabulation of monies paid out to MINION MCCARTHY, as documented on IRS Forms 990 filed by the BVM Foundation, now exceeds $1 million.

Further, review and examination of BVM's Form 990 disloses a "grant" to the Friars Immaculata in the amount of $42,000.

Some of the claimed grants, as usual, seem to be a bit fuzzy, to say the least. Take, for example, a "grant" of more that $17,000 to an unnamed "Catholic Apostolate" asserted to be a 501(c)(3) , that is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Then, consider the "grant" of $126,340.00 to the Our Lady of America Project, again claimed to be a non-profit organization. The writer is unable to identify any such organization which has been granted tax-exempt status by the IRS!

Then one finds a "grant" in the amount of $8,000 to unnamed Catholic Priests, which is not particularly specific. Perhaps meals on wheels for traveling companions of THE MINIONS?

However, one of the most suprising "grants" was a donation to Shepherds of Christ Ministry in the amount of $55,000, co-founded by Rita Ring, an alleged present-day visionary who claims to received messages from Jesus and the Blessed Mother!

Based upon that "grant," it would seem likely that LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY may very well be going for the gold! Perhaps an "apostolic" merger is in the offing!

The writer certainly hopes that Ms. Ring's experiences are not quite so unfortunate as those of Sister Joseph Therese at the hands of LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY!

FOLLOWING THE DAISY CHAIN FROM PIRATE DAN TO "SIR" ALBERT!

At this juncture, dear readers, it is time for this writer to present to you sufficient evidence to follow the daisy chain from PIRATE DAN to those noble "prayer warriors for Jesus," "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP AND KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, "a lawyer in two states."

At page 5, of PIRATE DAN'S IRS Form 990, the reader will find a list of officers of The Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Inc., which identifies TERRENCE KOPP as the vice-president of PIRATE DAN'S "apostolate."

The significance of this fact , the appearance of TERRY KOPP, a representative of Mother Angelica's EWTN Television Network and is that KOPP is a personal friend and associate of none other than MINION "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP.

VICE-PIRATE KOPP, it seems, is also another one of those noble knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem! It's rather fascinating that these noble knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem keep popping up where is money is being made off of the back of the Blessed Mother through theft and piracy!

The reader should know, at this juncture, that TERRY KOPP apparently believes himself to be, along with "Sir" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP, one of the self-appointed remnants of God's Church, following the anticipated extinction of all civilized society on January 1, 2000 when all of those pesky little computer clocks were predicted by LANGSENKRAMP to fail and thereby cause pandemonium in the streets of the United States.

Both LANGSENKAMP & KOPP maintain properties in Colebrook, NH, which they apparently believe to be the center of the new cradle of civilization following Armageddon. At this juncture, however, the writer predicts that Armageddon will not likely be caused by the failure of all of those pesky computer clocks, although the writer defers to LANGSENKRAMP'S expertise in such matters as predicting the end of the world.

So then, dear readers, we have MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY stealing money and property from Sister Joseph Therese in their attempt to wrest control of the devotion to Our Lady of America from her. Then we have KOPP, a LANGSENKAMP associate and fellow remnant, along with LYNCH, infringing upon the copyright and trademark protections of Sister Joseph Therese, undoubtedly at the suggestion and invitation of LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY.

As a point of information, PIRATE DAN had also been publicly offering for sale at his website the trademarked religious medallions of Our Lady of America!

So, dear readers, you can now see how all of this has come together, much like a Chinese puzzle.
THE MINIONS, however, had hoped that you, the servants of Our Blessed Mother, wold never come to learn of these unholy alliances.

The reader should also take note of the fact, if nor already recognized, that there is a very strong connection between THESE MINIONS and Mother Mary Catherine, the Our Lady of the Angels Monastery, and the EWTN Television Network, all of Hanceville, AL and environs.

This writer, however, chose to correct PIRATE DAN'S false claims by way of the following email message to PIRATE DAN:

"Mr. Lynch:
Someone has forwarded to me the above email message, which has apparently originated with you. I can assure you that your above-referenced research is flawed and your source for this information is likely to be Kevin McCarthy & "Sir" Albert Langsenkamp, who are certainly not credible. The writings of Sister Mille were copyrighted in 1993, and they were provably NOT in the public domain prior to 1978.
Contrary to your assertions, Sister Joseph Therese is indeed a Sister of the Catholic Church, although canonically not subject to the authority of the Bishop of Toledo. There s indeed a formation of the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity, again contrary to the false representations of Langsenkamp & McCarthy.
While I assuredly agree that the devotion to Our Lady of America is not copyrighted, nor should it be, there are nevertheless violations of the copyright protections owned by Sister Joseph Therese, incuding you book, published without proper authority and attribution.
Also, there is he matter of the religious medals which you have and continue to offer for sale at your website. Those medals, likely obtained from Langsenkamp & McCarthy by you, ere originally manufactured and paid for by Sister Joseph Therese and subsequently stolen by McCarthy.
I would suggest at this point that you may well wish to review your original research for the true facts in this matter, since the above facts are soon to be litigated at the likely expense of McCarthy, Langsenkamp, and others, in favor of Sister Joseph Therese.
Greed and avarice, and lust for money has driven a whole host of individuals to exploit the devotion to the Blessed Mother. It must and will stop!"

Dear readers, the writer now presents for your consideration an email message received by a volunteer at the Our Lady of America Center, Fostoria, OH, who protested the piracy of PIRATE DAN LYNCH.

LYNCH, after obviously conferring with MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, sent the following email message to the volunteer:

"Thank you for your communication regarding the devotion to Our Lady of America. My research resulted in the following findings: 1. There is no legal copyright to the revelations of Our Lady of America. 2. There is no single authoritative image of Our Lady of America. 3. There is no single authoritative apostolate promoting devotion to Our Lady of America.

The truth is that: 1. The revelations of Our Lady of America are in the public domain and may be copied and distributed by anyone. 2. There are several images and artistic interpretations of the appearance of Our Lady of America. 3. There are several apostolates that promote devotion to Our Lady of America. One of them is our apostolate.

Another promoter of the devotion calls herself “Sister Mary Joseph Therese, C.I.T.” In fact, according to the Chancery Office of her Diocese, the Diocese of Toledo, she is not a religious nun in the Roman Catholic Church. Her true name is Patricia Fuller. There is no religious order of the Contemplatives of the Indwelling Trinity (C.I.T.) in the Diocese of Toledo.

I suggest that if you have further questions or concerns, you direct them to the Chancery Office in the Diocese of Toledo. The devotion to Our Lady of America is like the devotions to Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of Fatima and the Divine Mercy. None of those devotions claim legal copyrights to the revelations; single authoritative images; or single authoritative apostolates to promote the devotions. Firstly, LYNCH claims past employment as a "judge." In fact, a little checking discloses that LYNCH was a judge of the Probate Court, which is not precisely like being a real judge. In fact, in the writer's personal view, LYNCH'S position as a probate judge was more the equivalent of being a referee in juvenile court.

The writer is acquainted with a number of attorneys who formerly sat on the bench as judges. However, most of those individuals do not tout the fact that they were "former" judges. Anyone who claims to be a "former judge" is "former" for a reason, and it's not because he was a contender for a seat on the Supreme Court of the United States!

Next, of course, is the statement by LYNCH that he gave up the practice of law to become the Director of his very own "apostolates." The proper modern translations of that assertion: "Being an 'apostle' pays more than being a lawyer in St. Albans, Vermont!"

As you have seen by way of documentary evidence, dear readers, Sister Mary Joseph Therese personally owns copyright protections for the 48 page booklet of the Blessed Mother's messages, as granted by the United States Copyright Office to Sister Mildred Mary Neuzil. Further, you have also seen documentary evidence that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted to Sister Mary Joseph Therese trademark protections for religious medallions of Our Lady of America.

On or about January 15, 2008, approximately two weeks after the time that MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY stole the Archival Statue of Our Lady of America from the Our Lady of The Angels Monastery in Hanceville, Alabama, Miller Ice Attorney Michael Swift sent a letter to the Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo, Ohio, contesting the ownership of copyright and trademark protections granted to Sister Mary Joseph Therese by the United States Government.

Displayed above, for the readers' consideration, is the letter from Swift reference "a dispute that has recently arose" (sic) regarding ownership of the copyrights and trademarks protections which LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY intended to infringe. In his letter, SWIFT refers to the findings of his "research." His use of the term "research" likely refers to no more than the claims of his clients, LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, those two noble "prayer warriors for Jesus!".

Although, the thought has occurred to this writer that the "research" to which SWIFT refers may very well be the same pricey "research" for which MCCARTHY had been paid $470,000 by the BVM Foundation!

In truth, the writer finds that SWIFT'S research and letter, which amounts to no more than his paid opinion, hold no weight and are based upon some very faulty premises. In all, SWIFT'S research and his letter appear to this writer to be not all that "swift!" In fact, SWIFT'S letter and $1.00 will buy a cup of coffee at MacDonald's!

Once again, dear readers, you have been exposed to more attempted sleight of hand. THE MINIONS once again, by and through the services of their attorney, assert their false claims, unaccompanied by the slightest hint of any evidence offered in support of their disingenuous "legal theories." This is all just more smoke and mirrors, lacking any foundation in truth and fact!

The thought has occurred to this writer that MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, as well as their Miller Ice Attorney Michael Swift, do not realize the "U.S." is short for "United States" and that the United States Copyright Office is an official function of the United States Government and that, therefore, its official records are not subject to dispute.

Nevertheless, MINIONS LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY, also deny that the religious medallions of Our Lady of America, being unlawfully offered for sale at their very own website, as well as by DAN LYNCH of St. Albans, VT. and Steve Koob of Dayton, Ohio, have been protected by trademark registration.

At Item #11 on the web page, the reader will find that on or about November 2006 MCCARTHY and the BVM Foundation applied and received copyright protection for the stand upon which the Archival Statue of Our Lady of America, which they later stole from Sister Joseph Therese, was to be displayed.

The copyright issued to BVM Foundation for the stand was applied for by MCCARTHY and the BVM Foundation behind Sister's back, without her knowledge and consent. A copy of the copyright granted to the BVM Foundation, from the website of the Library of Congress, is displayed above.

The application for this copyright protection for the stand for the statue is but one more element of proof that LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY had already set in motion their scheme to unlawfully wrest control of the devotion to Our Lady of America, all for their personal profit and gain.

JOHN FARNAN: "WE DON'T REPRESENT MCCARTHY & LANGSENKAMP."

Now, dear readers, this writer will present you with a letter from Weston Hurd Attorney John Farnan which he sent to Sister Joseph Therese, under the date of September 27, 2006, following the disastrous meeting at which MINION MCCARTHY proposed stealing the McDougal Street residence, the former Our Lady of the Nativity Convent, from Mr. James Whitta, the true and proper owner of the property, by forging Mr. Whitta's name to a Quit Claim Deed, to be later presented to Mr. Whitta's family at the time of his eventual death.

The writer presents only the first page of the letter for its probative value. Certainly, Farnan must have been laughing up his sleeve as he composed the letter.

The matter of primary import, from the content of the letter, is that Farnan disingenuously represented to Sister Joseph Therese that he and attorneys Dana Rose and Karen Davies "do not represent Kevin McCarthy. We do not represent Al Langsenkamp."

Apparently Farnan had forgotten about the $8,000 received from the BVM Foundation, about which he conveniently forgot to inform Sister Joseph Therese.

Or, perhaps, Farnan forgot all about the instructions he received from Sister Joseph Therese that he was to have no further contact and discussion with LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY about her legal affairs, unless she was a party to any such discussions. Those instructions having been completely disregarded by the Weston Hurd attorneys in the days immediately following the disastrous meeting of September 15, 2006.

As a matter of provable fact, Farnan has apparently either completely forgotten or disregarded Sister's instruction when he writes, "to the extent that Al or Kevin would like certain things done for the Our Lady of America Project, we would be happy to run those ideas past you...."

The writer has cause to wonder which provision of "NO CONTACT WITH LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY" that Farnan was unable to comprehend!

Now the reader must ask, just whom did Farnan and his contingent of Weston Hurd attorneys represent in this matter?

"Trust me!" said the spider to the fly!

So too does Farnan plead for Sister's trust at paragraph 3 in this letter, in much the same manner as did the spider to the fly!

"SIR" ALBERT IN HOT PURSUIT!

As you, dear readers, have learned, despite the instructions of Sister Joseph Therese to "her" Weston Hurd attorneys, there had been an exchange of email messages between Attorney Farnan and MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY. displayed in a previous segment of this blog.

Several days thereafter, as Sister was returning to her home after a few local errands, she observed "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP and Weston Hurd Attorney Karen Davies parked in her driveway.

Since Sister was still visibly upset over MCCARTHY'S unlawful and immoral proposition to steal the property located on McDougal Street by forging the name of Mr. James Whitta to a Quit Claim Deed, she was not yet prepared to have any conversation at all with either the MINIONS, including "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP or "her" Weston Hurd attorneys. So, Sister simply drove past her driveway.

However, "SIR" ALBERT and Karen Davies pursued Sister Joseph Therese relentlessly all throughout the City of Fostoria, Ohio.

Not fully knowing what to do next, Sister Joseph Therese placed a telephone call to Mr. Whitta via her cell phone. Mr. Whitta advised Sister Joseph Therese to drive immediately to the nearby Union Carbide plant, where he would meet with her.

As Sister arrived at the Union Carbide plant, with "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP and attorney Karen Davies in hot pursuit, Mr. Whitta was waiting at the scene. Mr. Whitta intervened and sent "SIR" ALBERT and Karen Davies packing, advising them that Sister was not yet prepared to speak with them.

As Sister Joseph Therese recalls, she was also billed by Weston Hurd for this "legal service."

How wonderfully diligent was the legal representation provided by Weston Hurd, but for whom?

As you, dear readers, have seen, Sister Joseph Therese had publicly humiliated MINION MCCARTHY by publicly dressing him down during a dinner break at Cleveland, OH at the time of a meeting at the law offices of Weston Hurd on September 15, 2006.

As the reader will recall, an argument erupted between Sister Joseph Therese and MINION MCCARTHY when MCCARTHY proposed to steal the real property located on McDougal Street, Fostoria, Ohio by forging the signature of Mr. James Whitta, the property owner, to a Quit Claim Deed to be presented to the Whitta family at the time of Mr. Whitta's eventual passing.

On the following Sunday, in the true spirit of Christian charity, Sister Joseph Therese drove from Fostoria, Ohio to MCCARTHY'S home in Indianapolis, Indiana to make amends.

However, upon arrival at MCCARTHY'S home, Sister was shown to the porch where MINION MCCARTHY was seated, holding a stack of papers in his hand.

At this juncture, MINION MCCARTHY stated to Sister Joseph Therese, "YOU JUST HAVE TO SIGN THESE PAPERS AND THEN DISAPPEAR LIKE MOTHER ANGELICA, AND LIKE IT!"

As the reader may be aware, Mother Angelica at the Our Lady of the Angels Monastery in Hanceville, AL became unexpectedly ill and has withdrawn from public life.

So, dear readers, contrary to his assertion in his email to Farnan just days before, MCCARTHY would not only permit, but actively sought Sister to sign over any and all interest and control of the devotion directly to him!

When presented with with the papers by MCCARTHY, Sister Joseph simply turned away and left the MCCARTHY residence, returning to Ohio.

FALLOUT FROM THE WESTON HURD MEETING!

From the prior segment on this blog, dear readers, you have learned that no small disagreement erupted between Sister Joseph Therese and MINION MCCARTHY at a meeting held at the law offices of Weston Hurd in Cleveland, Ohio on September 15, 2006.

As the reader will recall, MCCARTHY suggested gaining control of the former Convent of Our Lady of the Nativity on McDougal Street in Fostoria, OH by and through a theft of that property by forging the signature of Mr. James Whitta, the owner, to a Quit Claim Deed. MCCARTHY proposed to present the forged Quit Claim Deed to Mr. Whitta's family at the time of his eventual death, thereby unlawfully gaining ownership and control of the property.

At the conclusion of the meeting, SISTER Joseph Therese was flown back to Fostoria, Ohio by LANGSENKRAMP & MCCARTHY in LANGSENKRAMP'S privately owned aircraft. According to Sister Joseph Therese, little was said on the return trip to Fostoria, other than she remarked to the MINIONS, "I guess you'd like me to sign over the devotion to Our Lady of America to you!"

What sweet music to the ears of LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY. It certainly appeared that their scheme was about to be brought fully to fruition.

The document displayed above is an email message sent by MINION MCCARTHY on September 16, 2006, the day following the ill-fated meeting, to LANGSENKRAMP and to "Sister's" Weston Hurd attorneys.

A review of the document discloses that MCCARTHY had construed, inappropriately, that Sister Joseph Therese was prepared to "turn over the entirety of Our Lady of America to me, and that she was going to come over to Indy next week, hire another lawyer, and sign everything over to me...." This writer can easily detect the glee emanating from MCCARTHY as he was writing this document.

MCCARTHY then goes on to write, "I, of course, will not allow her to sign everything over to me." IN A PIG'S EYE!

Of course, the writer supposes that it was much more fun for MCCARTHY to steal as much as possible from Sister rather than for her just to turn it all over without affording him the opportunity to refine and sharpen his skills at this confidence game!

The reader will also take note of MCCARTHY'S assessment that if Weston Hord does not continue on as Sister's legal representatives, "THIS WHOLE THING WILL NEVER WORK!" To fully comprehend the meaning of MCCARTHY'S cited phrase, the reader need only substitute the word "SCHEME" for the words "WHOLE THING!"

Does the reader recognize in no small way, from this comment by MCCARTHY, how vitally important it was to him to be able to personally rely upon the "legal services" of Weston Hurd?

MCCARTHY then went on to write, "The last thing I said to her was that she should do a holy hour before Jesus in the Eucharist and ask herself the question: Why cannot I cooperate."
Once again more blasphemy from MCCARTHY.

Given his prowess as an "attorney in two states," MCCARTHY apparently could not recognize that Sister could not and would not cooperate in the theft of the McDougal Street property from Mr. Whitta because the conduct suggested by MCCARTHY was both immoral and unlawful!

Further, as the reader can plainly discern, MCCARTHY continues to seek out any information as to any other assets owned by Sister Joseph Therese which he might also plunder.

Also, the reader can tell that MCCARTHY is indeed a tenacious fellow. He was certainly not prepared to abandon his plans to steal the McDougal Street property, as evidenced by his comment, found at page 2 of the email message, "Karen, your idea bout moving the house at 1112 Mc Dougal Street to the site (another property owned by Sister Joseph Therese) is absolutely BRILLIANT, AND FOR MY PART, BELIEVE IT MUST BE DONE."

The reader should also take general note of the fact that MCCARTHY refers to Sister's "religious work and projects," and expresses concern for being "architecturally sensitive" in the possible use of the McDougal Street home as a "gatehouse" to the shrine that he had been planning to build, at Sister's expense, in Fostoria, Ohio.

It should come as no surprise to the reader that, in typical MCCARTHY duplicity, it appears that MCCARTHY used the planned shrine, his very own concept and idea, to present to the bishop of Toledo as evidence that Sister Joseph Therese had not been living and operating in accord with the Catholic Church and in obedience to the local bishop.

MCCCARTHY: "WHY DON'T WE JUST FORGE THE DEED TO THE CONVENT?"

Now, dear readers, as has already been demonstrated, the attorneys at Weston Hurd, and particularly John Farnan, were taking their marching orders from none other than KEVIN B. MCCARTHY and "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP, those noble "prayer warriors for Jesus" and the self-proclaimed "spiritual advisor" of Sister Joseph Therese.

In addition to the Last Will & Testament of Sister Joseph Therese, which the readers have already examined and which provided no small intended benefit to MCCARTHY by his own designs, MCCARTHY decided that Weston Hurd should conduct title searches of all real properties held by Sister Joseph Therese.

Of course, as the reader can clearly discern, Sister Joseph Therese was quite clearly aware of any and all property which she owned. She had no personal need for title searches.

Nevertheless, at MCCARTHY's generous direction, Weston Hurd conducted a number of needless title searches, of course at the expense of Sister Joseph Therese.

What seems to be at the root of all of this is that LANGSENKAMP, MCCARTHY, and other of their confederates, intended to capture the market on the Mid-America Blessed Virgin Mary Tour!

It appears that they sought to gain ownership and control of every available location in Indiana and Ohio at which the Blessed Mother appeared to Sister Neuzil. That attempt to gain control of all of those properties extended to a property located on McDougal Street in Fostoria, Ohio where Sister Mildred and Sister Joseph Therese lived in the Convent of Our Lady of the Nativity.

The property on McDougal Street, the Convent of Our Lady of the Nativity, is the property of Mr. James Whitta, a longtime friend of Sister Mildred and Sister Joseph Therese. Mr. Whitta permitted the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity to occupy the premises, at no cost, for many years.

Eventually, however, the Contemplative Sisters moved to other quarters and the home on McDougal Street currently remains empty, still owned by Mr. Whitta.

In his frantic attempt to gain control of the home on McDougal Street, formerly the Convent of Our Lady of the Nativity, MCCARTHY, in the true spirit of a noble "prayer warrior for Jesus," cooked up a scheme to steal that very property from the estate of Mr. Whitta at the time of his eventual death.

On or about September 15, 2006, Sister Joseph Therese attended a meeting at the law offices of Weston Hurd in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to Sister Joseph Therese and the lawyers from Weston Hurd, MINIONS MCCARTHY & LANGSENKAMP were present.

During a dinner break, and in a public restaurant, MCCARTHY openly suggested in front of all present, that the best and easiest way to gain control of the home on McDougal St. was to simply forge the signature of Mr. James Whitta upon a Quit Claim Deed to the property and to present the forged document to Mr. Whitta's family at the time of his eventual death.

After hearing that proposition from the mouth of MCCARTHY, Sister Joseph Therese objected strenuously and an argument ensued.

Following the dinner break, Sister informed Attorney Farnan that all legal work on her behalf was to cease immediately until she had the time to consider her future course of action. At this very time, she informed Farnan, "her attorney," that neither he nor his colleagues Dana Rose and Karen Davies, were to have any conversations and interactions with LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, except and unless she were a party to such discussions and interactions.

As the reader will soon see, Farnan seems to have disregarded that instruction in his continuing dialogue with the MINIONS concerning Sister's legal affairs.
Specifically, as indicated by the document displayed above, there was an exchange of email messages between Attorny John Farnan and MINIONS LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, contrary to her instructions to Farnan.

It is clear from the above document, as well as many others, that, despite the instructions from Sister Joseph Therese, MCCARTHY continued to drive the train, with Farnan's consent. The above document clearly demonstrates that Farnan, along with MCCARTHY & LANGSENKAMP, were intent upon smoothing over the argument, four days prior, when MCCARTHY suggested forging the signature of Mr. James Whitta to a Quit Claim Deed bearing on the McDougal Street home in Fostoria, Ohio.

Dear Readers, in the prior segment of this blog, you have been presented with a "settlement proposal" sent by RON NORTON (THE MINIONS) to Sister Joseph Therese.

Presented here now, for your further consideration, is THE MINIONS' first "settlement proposal" offered to Sister Joseph Therese following the time that THE MINIONS dismissed their first frivolous lawsuit, presented for your consideration at the very beginning of this blog.

The reader will note, despite the legalese of this first "settlement proposal," the terms remains very much the same as the most recent proposal offere by RON NORTON (THE MINIONS).

As evidenced by the above document, THE MINIONS, by and through the services of Attorney Michael Swift, attempted to extort Sister's surrender by offering the return of the stolen Archival Statue of Our Lady of America in exchange for her agreement with the terms of their "offer" of complete and total surrender.

Even so, THE MINIONS still attached strings by requiring Sister to overcome the Vatican bureaucracy and required she obtain certification of ownership of the Archival Statue from the Holy See. Never mind that Sister's ownership of the Archival Statue never has been in question.

THE MINIONS wished Sister Joseph Therese to relinquish any and all claim to the property which they have stolen from her. They also wish her to relinquish any authority, properly vested in her by Sister Mildred, to guide and propagate the devotion to Our Lady of America.

Further, the reader will note, at Paragraph 7, that THE MINIONS seek to be held harmless for all of their past, present, and future immoral and unlawful conduct which has, does, and will cause harm to Sister Joseph Therese.

It is time to fish or cut bait patricia. You can still make peace with Bishop Blair but your future affiliation with "directing" this devotion with any Canon authority is impossible now. You can still have a positive legacy and do Sr. Mildred proud, but you MUST make a break with "Miguel" immediately. Once again, dear readers, it is very obvious that the MINIONS are not quite so fond of this writer, who has done nothing more than to present the facts, supported by the evidence, at this blog.

The reader will note the message subject, "Why are you doing this?" The MINIONS ask the question as if they failed to recognize that they have robbed Sister Joseph Therese blind, and thereafter they have desecrated the devotion to Our Blessed Mother, to which Sister's life has been devoted for so many years.

Then, once again in the true spirit of "Christian charity," the MINIONS attempt to extort Sister's compliance with their demand by threatening to expose "an array of facts...going back to (her) childhood."

Do these MINIONS actually believe that Sister Joseph Therese, a good and holy woman and a permanently professed Sister of the Catholic Church, may really have any "skeletons in her closet?" The writer believes that these MINIONS have lost all touch with reality, as can be readily deduced from their prior email messages to this writer and to Sister Joseph Therese.

Then, of course, the MINIONS assert that, should Sister Joseph Therese come to the peace table, she must accept the proposition that her "future affiliation with 'directing' this devotion with any Canon of authority is impossible now."

These MINIONS, who are indeed dealing from a weak hand in light of all the evidence arrayed against them, are asking Sister Joseph Therese to surrender. Now that is some proposition!

Of course, the MINIONS are demanding that Sister break with this writer, who has so diligently and dutifully displayed evidence of the MINIONS' unlawful and immoral conduct at this blog.

Does the reader, at this point, have any doubt of the impact that the facts and evidence, as have been and will be displayed at this blog? Not much uncertainty about that fact. What you, dear readers, are witnessing by and through the above email message, is no less than an expression of fear, anxiety, desperation, and frustration by these MINIONS.

Finally, the MINIONS claim a willingness to "reconcile with the Church!" Another real eye-opener. These MINIONS of the fallen angel display no little arrogance in asserting that they are the equivalent of "the Church."

In fact, Sister does not need to be reconciled with the Church, since she has been and remains a professed Sister of the Catholic Church for nearly fifty years.

She has made no attempt to hide her intentions in discussions with our previous pastors regarding the disposition of Sr. Ephrem's body. It is common knowledge around here. A shrine is a different church or place of prayer that is not given this formal distinction by the Pope. If you were Catholic, you would know this. I can tell you are not because you are too arrogant.

From your comments, I am not surprised you would be so attracted to another man's balls.

I understand a trial is scheduled in Federal Court between this kook and the guys you are after in Indiana. Throw em all in jail for all I care (including your girlfriend). When that is done, I hope you get your ass sued off by the bishops and everyone else you slandered.

ANOTHER EMAIL MESSAGE FROM A MINION OF THE FALLEN ANGEL

The writer hopes, dear readers, that the presentation of the evidence, in support of the facts stated in the narrative, continues to facilitate your understanding of events, as they have occurred, during the hijacking of this devotion to Our Lady of America by LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, and their confederates.

Rather recently. this writer has received a number of email messages from an individual purporting to be "RON NORTON," claiming to be an immediate neighbor to Sister Joseph Therese in Fostoria, Ohio. The telephone book indicates otherwise.

One or more of THE MINIONS have engaged in sending a series of lewd email messages to this writer, oftentimes sending copies to Sister Joseph Therese as well. These email messages are quite telling of their current level of their anxiety, fear, and frustration at having their immoral and unlawful conduct brought into the light of day.

However, no matter, whether this and other similar messages have been sent by KEVIN MCCARTHY, or "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKAMP, or LARRY YOUNG, or STEVE MAZELIN, or ALAN KERSHAW, or DAN LYNCH, another minion of the fallen angel, and any of their confederates, known and unknown. It truly makes no difference at all. All of these minions have joined together in a common scheme and plan, and the actions of one are the actions of all. In for a penny, in for a pound!

As the reader reviews this series of selected email messages sent by the THE MINIONS in the next four segments of this blog, the reader will gain significant insight into the TRUE CHARACTER OF THESE MINIONS, one and all!

Here then is the first fairly innocuous email message which the writer has received from RON NORTON (THE MINIONS):

I can care less about there fights. I think they all deserve each other. We have had many years to see that she's a crazy kook and for all I know they may be just as kooky.

The most recent error is you saying she had no plans for building anything on her property. She has stated for many years to her donors that she planned to build a great basilica on the grounds and bring Sr. Ephrem's body to her new basilica on Susan Drive. My house adjoins her property and I promise you this will never happen no matter how much she tries. If she told you she had no plans than shes lieing to you too. She lies to everybody.

Keep doing what your doing. You make our case to stop any more of her plans much easier in the future.

Having read the above message, the primary and most important point of this message from RON NORTON (THE MINIONS) is that the evidence being displayed at this blog is "COMPELLING." Therein lies the crux of this and following email messages from RON NORTON (THE MINIONS). They are becoming distressed , to no small degree, that you, dear readers, are beginning to learn what these MINIONS are truly all about.

After having conceded that the evidence displayed on this blog is "compelling," NORTON (THE MINIONS) go on to assert a number of false and self-serving statements which, as always, are unsupported by any proof and evidence.

Just the same old, same old time worn tactic which, although useful to the minions in the past, no longer carries the day! Once again, just more false claims without any supporting evidence!

The writer takes particular notice of the fact that these minions are not particularly astute, given the fact that they have failed to take into account that it takes no more than a commonly available directory to determine conclusively that "Ron Norton" does not own real property adjacent to that of Sister Joseph Therese. In all, this was not a particularly brilliant ploy!

Since the writer is on the subject of Sister's finances, and the amounts of money bled from Sister Joseph Therese by LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY, the two primary minions of the fallen angel, the reader must not forget all of the legal costs she incurred for the "legal services" of John Farnan and the law firm of Weston Hurd.

In the document displayed here, an email message dated January 23, 2007, Attorney Farnan informs a Legal Assistant at the law firm of Weston Hurd that, during calendar years 2006, the "client" (Sister Joseph Therese) paid out $49,762.17 in legal fees and expenses to his law firm.

Farnan then adds, "they do pay us well," and "they are good for it!"

So, dear readers, another $50,000 gone! And more yet to go!

MCCARTHY: "I NEED A CAR!"

Once again, dear readers, you will not be surprised that MCCARTHY went to the well once again. There is no uncertainty that he recognized that Sister Joseph Therese was a "soft touch," who easily fell for all of his sob stories. After all, was she not a contemplative Sister of the Catholic Church who lived out her life in true Christian charity in service to the Lord.

Any confidence man worth his salt would have capitalized on Sister's vulnerabilities, as did MCCARTHY without any shame or remorse whatsoever!

In fact, to the present day, neither LANGSENKAMP nor MCCARTHY have shown any empathy, shame, or remorse for all they have done to victimize Sister Joseph Therese. There is obvious pathology displayed by the conduct of these two minions of the fallen angel, what a psychologist would likely term sociopathic personalities.

In calendar year 2006, after driving the same car for 18 years, Sister Joseph Therese was in desperate need of reliable transportation. So, with a portion of the proceeds of the liquidation of her Key Bank Stocks, she went looking for another auto that would last another 18 years. After some looking, Sister purchased a brand new GMC Yukon Denali, with an estimated purchase price of $55,000.

Of course, it didn't take MCCARTHY long to weasel a piece of that action, as well. McCarthy, it seems was himself driving a junk car with more than 200,000 miles on it, despite the fact that he had drawn off nearly $800,000 in monies from the BVM Foundation in calendar years 2005 and 2006. The writer supposes that there was just not enough money in the family budget to enable MCCARTHY to purchase a car.

Nevertheless, because MCCARTHY appeared to be so impoverished that he had to drive around in a rolling wreck, Sister Joseph Therese, in her kindness, offered MCCARTHY the use of her brand new Yukon Denali with approximately 400 miles on it.

MCCARTHY, as the reader can now readily anticipate, jumped at the chance to deprive Sister of even more of her assets. So, between approximately August 2006 and December 2007, MCCARTHY drove around in Sister's Yukon Denali, unfettered by those pesky car and insurance payments.

Near the end of calendar year 2007, MCCARTHY made the inevitable pitch to Sister for the Yukon. Initially, Sister Joseph Therese received a telephone call from that symbol of integrity, "canon lawyer" ALAN KERSHAW. During that phone conversation, KERSHAW informed Sister that MCCARTHY wanted her to send the title of the Yukon to him in the mails.

Shortly thereafter, Sister received a letter in the mails from MCCARTHY, containing instructions as to the manner in which he wanted the title to be transferred to him.

However, by this time, Sister had listened to some recorded telephone conversations between MCCARTHY and a volunteer at the Our Lady of America Center. At one point in the recorded conversation, the volunteer asked MCCARTHY why he has taken so much money from Sister Joseph Therese. In reply, MCCARTHY stated, "If she's stupid enough to give it, I'm going to take it." Said by MCCARTHY in the manner of a true "prayer warrior for Jesus!"

Eventually, MCCARTHY abandoned the Yukon at the offices of the Toledo Diocese, where Sister was able to recover the vehicle.

So, dear readers, all the while that they were reaping the rewards of the beneficence of Sister Joseph Therese. LANGSENKAMP & MCCARTHY were planning to "kill the goose that laid the golden egg!"

Much chivalry displayed in all of this by "SIR" ALBERT LANGSENKRAMP, a loyal "knight" of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. MCCARTHY'S level of chivalry is also duly noted.

MCCARTHY:"MY SPIRITUAL ADVISOR NEEDS MONEY!"

In yet another successful attempt to separate Sister Joseph Therese from her money, MCCARTHY came up with yet another ploy!

At one time. MCCARTHY claimed that the good Bishop Ricken had been his "spiritual advisor.
That allegation has not been confirmed by the writer, although the writer assumes that the reader remembers that good bishop of Holy Mother Church as the individual who sent the infamous $65,000 "Ricken letter of admonishment" (sic) to Sister Joseph Therese and her unpaid volunteers at the Our Lady of America Center, Fostoria, OH.

Well, there came a time that MCCARTHY sought out a new "spiritual advisor," Father Basil Cole, a Dominican priest in Washington, D.C. It may very well be that MCCARTHY used the influence of Father Cole to gain admission to the Angelicum, a college in Rome where MCCARTHY went to study the catechism of the Church. Remember, dear readers, that MCCARTHY always has an angle!

The writer notes that all accomplished con men seek to acquire greater knowledge of their prey!

Nevertheless, MCCARTHY, in an apparent attempt to further control Sister Joseph Therese by and through Father Cole, demanded that Sister pay for Father Cole's airfare from Washington, D.C to Toledo, OH, which is about a 45 minute drive from Fostoria, OH.

At MCCARTHY'S direction Sister Joseph Therese sent a personal check in the amount of $1,118.21 to STEVE MAZELIN, another minion of the fallen angel, who was expected to make Father Cole's flight arrangements.

The writer, who has flown on may occasions from Ohio to Washington, D.C., can personally attest that round-trip airfare between Washington, D.C. and Ohio does not nearly approximate the cost of $1,118.21. In fact, the cost of such air travel, at that time, was more likely $500.00.

MAZELIN never provided Sister Joseph Therese with a receipt for the cost of Father Cole's airfare, nor did he refund to her any amount over and above the cost of Father Cole's airfare. So, did MAZELIN simply pocketed the balance and considered it a "tip," in the equivalent amount of the cost of the airfare for his services, compliments of MCCARTHY? Is there much of a question about it!

Should the reader follow the link at http://flytoledoexpress.travelasp.com/flights/default.asp the reader will find that a one-way fare from Toledo, Ohio to Washington, D.C., via Northwest Airlines, is $268.40 at current market prices. So, at current pricing, round-trip airfare between Washington, D.C. amounts to $536.80!

Was this just another theft by the minions, and specifically Steve Mazelin, from Sister Joseph Therese?
Once again, dear readers, is there much of a question about it?

As a matter of general information for the reader, MAZELIN is in the employ of MCCARTHY in the capacity of a "private investigator." MAZELIN, who does business as Steve Mazelin Investigations in Indianapolis, IN, is a former seminarian who decided that the priesthood was not for him. So, he turned to the "lucrative" field of private investigation, even though he had no prior criminal investigative experience as a police officer. During the conduct of this scheme, MAZELIN simply functioned as MCCARTHY'S "go-fer." There is much more to tell about this "private eye" in future segments of this blog!

In any event, Father Cole flew to Ohio and met with Sister Joseph Therese and, contrary to MCCARTHY'S expectations, got along famously with Sister. Not all of MCCARTHY'S schemes go as planned.

However, at a later date MCCARTHY instructed Sister Joseph Therese to "donate" $40,000 to Father Cole's Order, the Dominican Fathers. He also directed Sister to donate and additional $4,000 in gold coins, which likely had appreciated at more than the face value, to the Dominican Fathers.

Once again, Sister complied with MCCARTHY'S instructions, in blind obedience to the bishops (Ricken) of the Church and in the furtherance of the devotion to the Blessed Mother, Our Lady of America.

Another $44,000 gone! More charitable work from a valiant "prayer warrior for Jesus!"

MCCARTHY: "MY DAUGHTER NEEDS MONEY!"

As you, the reader, can plainly tell, MCCARTHY was never ashamed to return to the well. As long as Sister Joseph Therese had any money at all, as far as MCCARTHY was concerned she was ripe for the plucking.

As the reader can tell from prior segments, MCCARTHY put the bite on Sister for money, on behalf of the BVM Foundation and on behalf of his wife, Patrice. It was time to come up with another excuse to bleed even more money from Sister Joseph Therese.

Once again. MCCARTHY approached Sister, with hat in hand, crying about how his daughter Bridget Kaufman was in dire need of $50,000 to pay off outstanding medical bills.

Never mind that MCCARTHY, the noble father, had received monies from the BVM Foundation in the amount of nearly $500,000 in calendar year 2005, or that he had received nearly $300,000 from BVM Foundation in calendar year 2006.
On face, MCCARTHY was not prepared to offer financial assistance to his own flesh and blood. But, then again, why should he when he could swindle even more money from Sister Joseph Therese?

After all, MCCARTHY could gain even more financial benefit from the scheme , all the while depleting Sister's financial resource so that she would lack the resources to challenge MCCARTHY & LANGSENKAMP in any potential future legal proceedings after they had wrested control of the devotion from her.

Once again, in the spirit of true Christian charity, Sister sent a check on November 17, 2006, for $50,000 from her Key Bank Stock account, documented on Sister's Key Bank Statement of Account presented in a prior segment of this blog. (See "The Big Money Grab by the Valiant "Prayer Warriors for Jesus!", December 30, 2008).

However, because Sister Joseph Therese was concerned for the welfare of Bridget Kaufman, Sister sent along the sum of $5,000 just to tide Bridget over, pending the arrival of the $50,000 check!

However, Bridget was not limited to this paltry amount of $55,000. On another occasion, Sister sent Bridget the sum of $2,000.

Then, Bridget, who was apparently preferred by MCCARTHY over his other children, needed an automobile, as Sister learned from MCCARTHY. As a result, Sister "sold" her virtually new Chevy Astro Van, with accumulated mileage in the amount of 15,000 miles, to Bridget Kaufman for the princely sum of $100.

Therefore, Bridget Kaufman, by and through the intercession of KEVIN B. MCCARTHY, her father and a "lawyer in two states," received no less than $57,000 and a virtually new Chevy van from Sister Joseph Therese.

That apple certainly didn't fall far from the tree!

MCCARTHY has certainly proved his merits as a con man, even though the victim is a contemplative Sister of the Catholic Church. MCCARTHY is most certainly a noble "prayer warrior for Jesus" indeed!
